How is it as a daily driver? I'm considering the Europa S as my next car...
Hi I have a Europa S and it was a every day car for me for 4 years till my job changed and I was needed to do 22k a year. It's now a garage queen. It's a great drivers car with the benefit of a Vauxhall engine for reliability, if you have not driven a Lotus before then you need to drive one to understand the excellent handling but also the compromise of getting in and out which if you are on the larger size can be restrictive. Fuel consumption will be high 20's and low 30's on a run.
Thank you very much for your reply! I'm not exceptionally big, so I should be OK getting in/out. ;-) And regarding comfort (ride, boot space...I know, sounds a bit ridiculous but hey, this would be my daily driver! ^^) on a day to day basis? Does it fit the bill?
@@ptjww9455 Hi depends what you are used to, the Europa is more comfortable than an Elise of the same age, the car is not crashy it only weighs 1000kg, it's also an investment as prices are slowly rising year on year
