Major Incident in Torquay (HARTs, Armed Police)

I don't know exactly what happened at this scene. I heard from multiple people that a man had filled his house with petrol and had a gun. Some others saying it was real others were saying it was airsoft. The male surrendered after having a standoff with the police.
