Most pro back in the day will go for the easiest way, they prefer to do a jump shot to counter a safety play while efren prefers a rail shot that's why he can make a shot in the middle of the safety battle while his' opponents are waiting for efren to commit a foul

I would love to play one match against Efren. Watching a video is nice, but playing him in real time would be priceless practice and education!!! I am an APA 4 in a 9 ball league, and my team captain (a 5), thinks that I can't shoot. I am new to the team, and I don't shoot his way, so I am wrong. When we go into a match he is never there to see me warm up and beat 5's time after time, but he constantly calls time during my matches, telling me how to shoot a shot. Shots I know that I can make, he tells me to shoot another way, and it' not about position, it's just how he would do it!! I am so frustrated!!
I personally think he was trying a one rail kik on the first shot in video. He is great but trying to hit backside of the 8 and cut it into corner is not the shot he would go for in my opinion. Especially since he got lucky to not scratch
