@@Phoenixesper1 that's why you just stopped and listened. I remember keeping a save game just before the final battle so I could load it just to listen to this loop while I did homework. That was a looong time ago.
sadly i think those games work with midis and not actual sound recordings. we can only get what the snes can output. but i agree. these versions sound orders of magnitude better.
I'm playing the steam remake before I play After Years. I'm at the sealed cave now. Almost there. I always thought this ost was Celtic. One of my favorites. 🍻
HOLY GOD. Not gonna lie - looked at the thumbnail and knew this was gonna be incredible or ... well, it doesn't matter. You guys absolutely NAILED every part. Gorgeous trumpet, and that piano arpeggios... love it. Thank you for doing this song such justice.
Saved to my own personal playlist. I requested this track over 3 years ago once I heard your rendition of Land of the Dwarves because I knew you could give it proper justice. You are all so ridiculously talented it's insane!
Well done! You two have brought the essence of this theme to life, in such a faithful way. Getting chills listening to it... the bass line really emphasizes the "living machine" aspect of this piece.
Wow. So beautiful. I always love seeing your new videos pop up in my subscribed feed. As usual keep up the amazing work and thanks for the trip down memory lane (again!).
@@rizalajo8942 i'm morally opposed to remakes.....be it video games, movies, tv shows, or anything else..... you can get an emulator if you dont have a snes......the original software is what's original.....it doesnt matter if the hardware is physical or emulated....
This the most faithful version I've listened ever. Another homerun, You guys knocked out of the park with this one. Congrats!
That bass playing looks absolutely exhausting.
You forgot the random battle sound that occurred every 3 seconds of walking while in this giant.
That being said great job on this it sounded great.
Like the sirens call in oddysius... few survived to see byound this trial! LOL
Honestly its amazing anyone ever managed to hear the full song with all the random encounters. LOL

0:34 - 0:48
30 years of listening to this chart and I've never gotten over the countermelody here. It's soooo pretty! 🥰
There should be a mod to implement you guys's version in their respective games.

Using this in the Pixel Remaster would be cool.
This is the best cover of one of my favorite video game tracks of all time. Incredible!
Wonderful!
I’m playing the SNES version of this game again after nearly three decades. Simply a charming story!
I love how accurate and faithful to the originals your renditions are. Just how it should be
I've heard this song a million times but just today noticed the bassline sounds like Night Rider.

Ahhh yes. The giant... this amazing song really brings back memories.
How TF do you guys not have more suscribers?
the tone on that trumpet is magnificent.
Looking forward to a "Within the Salsa" rendition within the next few years.
Always nice to find an alert for a new song.
Other than the trumpet needing a little more tonguing on each note, this is damn near perfect.
We love to see it
I was really feeling anxious a few weeks ago, and this video/song really helped me calm down. Thank you!
YES!!! thank you for another awesome cover!
This is awesome! FF4 has one of my favorite OSTs, and you two did a great job recreating it!
What are you doing to replicate that scat sound in the background???
You're the only one I've seen to do it right!!!!

You guys give me butterflies!
That...was...AWESOME!
Damn!!!!! One of my favourite themes! Accurate!!! Good job guys.
I really dig how the instrumentation used reflects the classic SNES/PSX version rather than the AfterYears/DS version from later
Dam fine work sirs... dam fine. 👍👍

I have a request, could you please do the mysterious girl theme and battle theme from Final Fantasy IV: The After Years?
Ah... nobuo uematsu's first stab at techno funk.... Must say it worked well.
Even better than your midi file from 25 years ago 👌
hermoso
Omg, i wanna play FF4 on my psp again.. 😢
