My favorite theme music as a kid and they somehow made it THAT much more exciting to listen to and that's RARE. They kept it as original as possible and then decided to SLAP YOUR FACE WITH MORE. I'm really hard to impress and I'm impressed. Truly.

Solid, an excellent rendition that really does go hard and captures what made the original so special to begin with. FF4 remains one of my favorite FFs of all time, the soundtrack is a big reason why this is.
Seems like we are in a very small club. I tell my friends out of all the FFs, 4 is my all time favourite and I get asked why not 6?? Don't get me wrong, I liked 6, but it just wasn't as epic as 4 in my mind. 4 had it all. Romance, an epic tale, a badass villain, redemption and whatever else that just made it that memorable for us who prefer 4 over 6

My guess as to why this is? Anytime someone uploads the songs, a copyright strike is issued against the uploader. Had it happen with the Tactics Ogre Reborn, Live A Live and other recent OSTs. Shame, SE should upload these songs themselves if they have a problem, just so we can all enjoy them and then buy the games if we're compelled to do so.
This song was also used as a final dungeon song. It gives a feeling of hope and a little bit more to endure until the end. It was so well conducted that it was used twice in the game but the feeling chilled my spine. It is a shame that after FF4, the final dungeon songs have been so lame that none of them catches my ears. Final dungeon songs in FF2, 3, 4 were marvelous.

I know it is called "Within the Giant" since it was first used in the Giant of Babil, but when I hear it, it always reminds me of the countless hours in the final dungeon with those walkways made of crystal above the glowing core, battling Behemoths, Red Dragons, and Evil Masks for level ups and rare drops. Very awesome piece of music.
I couldn't believe it the first time I play it. %90 of the game is medieval fantasy with kingdoms, castles, knights and wizards. Then, all of a sudden, there's a spaceship, a genocidal mecha and a man on the moon who's been manipulating events to his own ends since the start of the game, with no hint that he even exists.
You mean he made his own decisions instead of capitulating to your expectations?! 0/10 FFXIV sucks. Also grow up; what we got was perfect. Fans like you would never have been happy anyway.

This version goes SO hard. Got emotional by the start of the next loop. The variations of instruments for each segment really works.

shouldve used this theme on first part of the dungeon but i guess baron castle theme also works since we were witnessing memoria there
