It was off the menue due to me sticking to Dr Caldwell B Essylsteins heart dissease diet for over two years but I have reintroduced a half each day now. I will recheck bloods and look closely at my lipid panel. Partiually my ApoB and then deside the next move. Same with nuts.

Despite the gains of protein from soy beans u may want to do some research on the health issues around soy consumption, if u havent already.. alternative therapists often warn against its use.. swings and roundabouts.. however if your health is on the up and up then the proof is in the tasting of the pudding..🤔 soaking seeds and nuts is an important process too..
yep. I have looked at loads of papers on soy. All the conflicting ones carried no weight once I looked at the full meta-analysis. I drink or eat bugger all anyway. The Japanese live off soy natto and are the longest-living people in the world.

Hi clay great video. But unfortunately the food pyramid should be upside down. I have been on the carnivore diet for 6 months and all aches and pains gone and have so much energy. Look up dr berry and other doctors that are on this diet. Caveman days we ate meat. Look up steak and butter gal she was Vegan but now carnivore. Please do some research and try it for 2 weeks. Keep up the good videos!!!
