On the water source units I’ve worked on the circuit setter is on the outlet of the water coil, I don’t know why it matters but I believe it is here as well. To set the water flow I use my temp probes on the inlet and outlet water pipes and depending on the unit you want to see ~10 degrees of differential from inlet and outlet water temps

Maybe a high rise building (water sourced) and easy to access in one place? I work in an 8 Story Building and all like 9-10 refrigeration compressors are on a rack exactly like in the video. From the Rack it branches out to walk ins, freezers, walk in lines, and even coolers with 3 coils. Alll Spread throughout the Basement , Lobby, & 2nd floor.
Next answer is Yes, Hella refrigerant.😂
