Great memories. I've always wanted to hunt the Bob. For now though, I stick to walk in areas (I don't have horses). That being said, I would highly recommend getting the Elk Nut app. The guys name is Paul Medel, and he has spent 40 years figuring out the elk language. Seriously, for $10, it is WAYYYY worth the money. Check out some podcasts too that he has been a guest on. Good luck this year!
Horses are definitely a blessing and a curse sometimes.that small bull had cool character.keep the hunts coming
Thanks, appreciate the comment. And that bull did have character, my son didn’t want any part of it though and he had ample opportunity’s
Thanks for sharing…the gray sure provides us watching with entertainment 😀…that was a dang nice bull there at the end 👍
Yeah that gray has some issues, he’s gentle as hell but every once in awhile he blows his top.
@@406highlanders he was definitely running to you guys for help…he was just coming in a little fast 😂…made some great footage
@@406highlanders had a girlfriend like that grey horse once . traded her for a Hawken Rifle🤣🤣😂🤫
That was a terrific video. Thanks for sharing.

That sure was a goofy looking raghorn! Fun times together, that is what is all about. Good luck this fall, I can't wait for September.
Thanks, yeah he was goofy looking. When I first saw him coming through the trees I thought he was a giant bull. Got really excited for a moment there
Hee Haw, looked like fun times, that Raghorn looked like he ran into a tree👍🏻
Always a treat to hunt with my boys, could have been what happened to that bull while he was in velvet and still growing

Awesome video, can y’all go through what all you pack for a weekend back country hunt like that and how you manty it up?
Thanks, I'll keep that in mind for a video in the future.
