One of the most important teachings I learned from my late teacher and muse Layne Redmond is stepping, drumming and vocalizing patterns.

It's central to keeping everyone together in synchronized rhythm.
Our feet become our metronome.
It's a wonderful whole body experience that keeps you entrained to the walking pulse of your feet
if alone or with others in a group.
