HI R.W. ,, MY SON MAX AND I LIKED AND LEARNED ALOT,, YOU SHOWED ALOT OF AREAS OF REPAIRS,,, GREAT VIDEO AS ALWAYS!!! I REMEMBER THESE TRUCKS IN THE DAYS AND SAW ONE ON THE SHOW EMERGENCY IN THE 70S BRIGHT RED...WE SEE YOU HAVE ALOT OF CARS AND TRUCKS THERE STILL , WE WERE LOOKINNG FOR THE LIGHT GREEN CHEVY 1964-65?? GREAT VIDEO WORKING ON THE ENGINE THEN AT THE END TRYING TO PUT THE FENDERS ON AND GRILL ,, THATS ALL WE SAW ... WELL THANKS AGAIN !!! PEACE ....
Interesting to see you fit the new windscreen glass to the rubber, I have always fitted the rubber first onto the windscreen glass, then place the cord in the rubber, position this in the screen aperture and pull the cord to lip the rubber over the metal lip - usually need an assistant, the other pressing down on the glass from the outside, the other inside pulling the cord. Your method worked, so cool! Hope your brother was pleased with your toiling! Greetings from the UK!
I always would of replaced the water dam paper since the vehicle will almost always come back for water leaks and ruined door panels! That windshield job really was back yard assembly, without using soapy water, rope, and an assistant pushing in on it! At you didn't break the glass and didn't even remove the wiper arms! Maybe replace the gauge voltage regulator for the gauges as they always go on these old mopars.
This truck is an extreme budget project. All of the gauges work except for the oil pressure gauge, and I ruled out the sending unit by grounding out the sender wire, that didn’t change anything on the gauge. I was guessing the gauge itself was bad?
Usually the cluster loses power at the back of the ammeter guage so it is amazing they function and it ran at all... awesome wire lead to the contact in the cluster where the oil pressure gauge goes could be losing voltage there too... My 74 had 3 issues i wire on the back of the cluster if that dash didn't release smoke when you tried to start the truck it wasn't going to run, the am radio would cut in and out and the left channel never worked and the blower motor would shut itself off and not come back on in the rain, well and the wipers would slow down but they didn't stop working so i dealt with that one and the blower motor until i got a known good one from a 75 adventurer trim truck my uncle had...
I also plan on using a cherry bomb to change the idle exhaust pipe tone note give it some rumble lol,my pick is what I called the mini cherry bomb muffler 8 inch long case...

Thanks for watching, it was definitely a pretty tough job to get the windshield on the truck.
And my brother was very happy with how it turned out!
Awesome! You even fixed his stereo!
Gotta have tunes!
Great video! I learned a lot. Looking forward to your next video!
Thank you!

door panels and windows and seals are always a real pain, I went thru a mess with 2 of my c4 vettes, you will do fine here :)
You’re not lying, that was a real pain! Haha!
MAX AND I LIKE THE SOUNDS OF THE CHERRY BOMBS!!
Haha, that sounds pretty good doesn’t it!?
I have never been able to replace a windshield using the old gasket and lock strip, nice job,🫵🏼🆒💯🇺🇸
Haha, that’s the Dutch way!
That the way you Guy’s up north get it done . 👍🇺🇸
Like how you didn’t take the bees nest out nor change the burnt out light on the bottom of the first tail light lol
Gotta leave a few things for my brother to work on! Lol
No rusted screws on the door panel lucky for your brother
I haven’t seen a cassette tape deck in a car in a very long time. 😊
The string goes in to allow the glass to seat in the Chanel as it's pulled out

Nice, yea that should make it sound a lot better!
My 2000 dodge ram laramie slt quad cab long bed muffler looked very similar to the rv round muffler you cut off your brother's 72 dodge truck
Hope you saved on that lens off the passenger side. That one wasn’t terrible.
I did, I have a bad habit of not wanting to throw anything away! Haha!
Cómo va colocados los mangueras de tanque de combustible
Through the cab floor, and out to the fuel pump.
Where did you order your windshield
Classic parts of America
Thank you so much
The channel needs to be cleaned up before .ew glass to make a good seal
