    OMG, same thing happened to me due to work (to stressed out) -.- Our mindset needs time to change in EVERY area in our lives. Work is a big part of it. So let‘s give our selves the time we need.

    Thanks for shearing as always ❣️. Can you imagine, I have had 9 periods already, all of them, 28 days long.
    I still get nervous cause I don’t know if I went a little farther with stress or exercise, but I feel confident that my body trust me.
