It would be interesting if you guys did a benchmark video after you complete a build (with all hardware running stock speed) so those who might be interested in doing that build would know what performance they would be getting.
Also, you guys should have included a 1TB 3.5" Toshiba drive for $39.99 as well (that price is at MIcro Center) and made it a $600 build (and left the SSD as the boot drive).

I've been outta the loop tech wise for a while now but I'm wondering what all the fuss is around AMD vs Intel? Im looking to build with AMD, the quality/$$$ is amazing.

This looks good, some people will say the SSD will run out of space to quickly for a gamer, but i'd counter with that gamers rarely play more than 1-2 games at a time anyways, and only the super triple A titles take up like 60 GBs, and that's usually due to uncompressed audio files that can more likely than not be "modded" to a smaller file size. It'd be easy to add in a 1tb 7200 RPM HDD later on if you wanted for only $50-60.

Hi Ryan, i am looking for a case which is compatible with H100i V2. I bought the Spec-01 which has two top fan areas, along with a front and back for airflow. Looking on the pc part picker site i see the Spec-01 is incompatible, as confirmed by Corsair.
Which leads to my main question- how is this model compatible with H100i cooler when i see no additional fan slots required to attach the H100i radiator?
Can you please tell me how/why this is compatible, and will it be effective for overclocking my CPU? Your feedback on this would be really appreciated.

Zapdos I know I'm replying way too late, but no the i3-6100 will not bottleneck the 1050 Ti and RX 460. A quad core i3 would be the newly released i3-8100. Note that it runs on a different platform, which is Coffee Lake. Any H370 board will work just fine.

Corsair 270R ATX Mid Tower Case in this video is this case good for future upgrades? And if I got this same build which one should I upgrade first by order? @patrickmurphy6578 7 ปีที่แล้ว

Well, after you install the OS (operating system) you may have to download some drivers for some things, like for your graphics card or your internet chip, but that can be as easy as just going to windows updates and updating. Or, if it's not in the windows updates, just go to the developers website and find whatever piece of hardware your getting the drivers for, download them, and then you're done.

Very intresante your budget, but I prefer with motherboard, Z170A LGA 1151 80 $ to make oveclock in i3 processor 4.4 mgz. And buy, CPU Cooler Master Hyper T4 25 $ power source Nfortec PSU Power Supply 650W Modular memory Geil Super Luce DDR4 2400 default 2133 mgz. Same as your budget, but I think better motherboard, and ram?

Like that you go slow for us dummies that have no idea what's going on. Would like to build my own gaming pc but don't know where to begin. With tech changing, seemingly, on a daily basis, would you recommend (for those who are cash strapped) stretching out the parts buying over 6 to 12 months?

daquan sykes Yes you Need an Operating System. To install it buy a the OS it should come with a Code You need that code. Download a windows whatever you're going to use and get a 32 GB USB and download The OS on the windows website and put it on your USB once done you plug the USB into your new PC and start it up wait till the PC boots off the USB and then go through all the things to your liking and then you're going to need that code type it in and it should install from there on
