I advise for the others to try putting some lemon or some oranges, I tried making this steps then I ended up putting it back to the pan and added some fresh orange juice and now it's tastier.

I also try this pero I'm not using sugar kasi last time na nilagyan ko ng sugar tumigas yung sugar sa chicken haha hindi sya pede ileft over ng matagal pag may sugar kasi tumitigas yung sugar 😅 I'll just add more honey same lang dn naman ng sweetness.

Gano katagal shelf life nito? Plan ko kasi gumawa ng big batch for negosyo. Same question applicable to your other sauces din like buffalo, soy garlic, garlic parmesan, etc.
kung shelf life ng sauce, matagal po yan lalo na pag naka-ref.. ganun din po ung ibang mga sauces ko.. 😉😊 cguro greater than 1week po.. depende dn po sa handling kung mas tatagal pa.. at syempre you have to try to see how long each sauces last.. 😉😊
Nagawa ko na po sya masarap kahit plain patis and pepper lang. at wala akong gamit na cornstarch, flour lang kaya na crispy rin. Yung sa sauce nga lang parang nagbuo yung mixture ko ng honey, sugar, soy sauce, ang garlic, tapos ang daming butter na nahiwalay. Ano po kayang nangyari? Bali kahit ganun masarap pa rin sya!!! 8/10

yes.. but I suggest to make them separately and not mixing it yet.. when the order comes in, then you mix it to maintain crispiness.. but if it ain't possible, then I guess, this would sit for about 2hours and still crispy.. beyond that, the flavors will still be there but I can't vouch much for the crispiness.. 😉😊

Kuya pwd ba magtanong. Sa pagluluto ng fried chicken po. Ilan po ba ang minutu Para maluto ang manok? Tapos gaano ba ang lakas ng apoy nito? Salamat po Sana masa got no ito Kuya f hindi po kayu busy. Salamat po🙂🙂
depende po sa laki o liit ng manok.. depende dn po sa part ng manok.. pag leg lang o thigh lang, mga 10-12min on low flame setting.. pag magkasama ang leg and tigh, mga 14-15min po.. sa breast po, mga 10-12min on low flame po.. 😉😊
I highly suggest po na iprito agad sya direkta.. pag pinakuluan po muna, maraming lasa at crispiness ang mawawala at mapupunta na dun sa tubig na pinagpakuluan.. ang teknik po para hindi mahilaw ang manok sa prito ay wag po masyadong malakas ang apoy.. para umabot ng 12-14min (6-7min each side kung mababaw ang mantika) ang pagprito pero hindi nasusunog.. 😉😊 kung may oil thermometer po kayo, malaking tulong po un.. iprito nyo sa 165deg. Celsius na mantika ung chicken.. at kung may meat thermometer dn po kayo, malaking tulong dn po un.. dapat nasa 170deg. try nyo po low flame lang.. try nyo din po na bago pa matunaw ung butter, lagay nyo na po lahat ng ingredients.. tapos pag nagmelt na po at nagboil na sa low flame, lagay nyo na po agad ung fried chicken.. tapos flame off.. para hindi po ma-overcook ung butter at maging mantika.. 😉😊

I also try this pero I'm not using sugar kasi last time na nilagyan ko ng sugar tumigas yung sugar sa chicken haha hindi sya pede ileft over ng matagal pag may sugar kasi tumitigas yung sugar 😅 I'll just add more honey same lang dn naman ng sweetness.

Gano katagal shelf life nito? Plan ko kasi gumawa ng big batch for negosyo. Same question applicable to your other sauces din like buffalo, soy garlic, garlic parmesan, etc.
kung shelf life ng sauce, matagal po yan lalo na pag naka-ref.. ganun din po ung ibang mga sauces ko.. 😉😊 cguro greater than 1week po.. depende dn po sa handling kung mas tatagal pa.. at syempre you have to try to see how long each sauces last.. 😉😊
Nagawa ko na po sya masarap kahit plain patis and pepper lang. at wala akong gamit na cornstarch, flour lang kaya na crispy rin. Yung sa sauce nga lang parang nagbuo yung mixture ko ng honey, sugar, soy sauce, ang garlic, tapos ang daming butter na nahiwalay. Ano po kayang nangyari? Bali kahit ganun masarap pa rin sya!!! 8/10

optimum crisp is about up to 30min.. beyond that, crispiness lessens up to 3hours..

yes.. but I suggest to make them separately and not mixing it yet.. when the order comes in, then you mix it to maintain crispiness.. but if it ain't possible, then I guess, this would sit for about 2hours and still crispy.. beyond that, the flavors will still be there but I can't vouch much for the crispiness.. 😉😊

I highly suggest po na iprito agad sya direkta.. pag pinakuluan po muna, maraming lasa at crispiness ang mawawala at mapupunta na dun sa tubig na pinagpakuluan.. ang teknik po para hindi mahilaw ang manok sa prito ay wag po masyadong malakas ang apoy.. para umabot ng 12-14min (6-7min each side kung mababaw ang mantika) ang pagprito pero hindi nasusunog.. 😉😊 kung may oil thermometer po kayo, malaking tulong po un.. iprito nyo sa 165deg. Celsius na mantika ung chicken.. at kung may meat thermometer dn po kayo, malaking tulong dn po un.. dapat nasa 170deg. F. ung internal temp nung meat para sure na luto na.. 😉😊 meron po sa shopee nung mga items na un.. worth investing po.. kayang kaya nyo po yan.. hope you enjoy po.. 😉😊

try nyo po low flame lang.. try nyo din po na bago pa matunaw ung butter, lagay nyo na po lahat ng ingredients.. tapos pag nagmelt na po at nagboil na sa low flame, lagay nyo na po agad ung fried chicken.. tapos flame off.. para hindi po ma-overcook ung butter at maging mantika.. 😉😊
