I think every adult speed champions collector who modify their cars don't really care how weak their design is to a certain extend. Definitely love some of the improvements you have done! These have became display models for us and so cool how we add details to make it look more real!
I’m very surprised that Lego didn’t think of doing the rear wing that way. In my opinion the mod for the wing looks way more accurate than what Lego ultimately decided on going with. That’s my favorite mod so far.
The mod looks good with everything open but the origional definetly looks better with the doors and covers closed. When modding mine, I made sure the build was still sturdy and looked exactly the same as the origional with everything closed. Unfortunately I couldn't build an opening engine cover while still keeping the origional front lights and the rear bumper is connected to the engine cover. I feel like this is a good compramise of displayability and playability.
The display cases are actually their own thing for a deluxe presentation. They are also stackable. 😊 They can be used for showcasing any of your favorite Speed Champions cars or your own custom cars. I plan on using display cases for my favorite modded cars.
Good mods To bad the biggest issue with the F40 is the terrible windshield piece. The greenhouse from the side just ruins the look. It needs a taller side window.
Great suggestions for strengthening the spoiler assembly and improving the look of the mirrors! I'll have to do that myself! Thanks so much for featuring my Ultimate F40 PRO mods, and also the fix to the rear for the free version. It means a lot! Awesome review 🙏🔥
Looks good, apart from the mirrors, but it does feel odd, like having to remove the hood to assemble in the closed position. Basically the hinge is now just for posing. Rear hood hinge looks a bit weird, with these studs on top of the windshield
The 2024 F40 speed champion is definitely one of the better sets that comes in with certain prints and allow us Modders to upgrade it. Sets such as the Paganini are disappointing. Way too much use of stickers.

Excellent final mod!
@@shapeofsoup Agreed!
I have the same idea for the wing when I first saw the set, didn’t know why Lego didn’t do it
Way better than the last video

Hey green brick I have a question about your clear display case how can I use that with the speed champions brick built display rack
Can you make a clear display case for the Ferrari f40 speed champions and can do it in non member of the channel please think about it

@@thegreenbrick but how can I do it on the speed champions brick built display rack
@@NickHeim Well, I haven’t tried marrying the two display techniques together, but perhaps it could be done.
@@thegreenbrick how could it be done?

Good video green brick
so much better than the original lego version
Please just do an amg project one mod ive been asking
This mod did not cook, it burnt down the kitchen.
MOC-191778 on Rebrickable fixes the wing better.
Unpopular opinion: I like mine the way it is, good looking model for the buck

I can't wait to get this set too mod. @thegreenbrick, do you have a rebrickable account with mods you've done?
Can someone send me the instructions for free I can’t buy it
This is neat, but what an overpriced and flimsy build. Think I may have to pass, maybe wait for a sale next year.
ngl these seem like downgrades if anything
