Wow, Tom, the details of the set and the overall look are absolutely stunning! Really great job 👏👏👏 P.S. I would really really love to see your creation in one of future ideas sets... As it was said, it's going to be quite hard to gather all the pieces for a regular LEGO fan like me and many others
I would definitely buy it if it was real. I wouldn’t let Lego skimp out though - it would have to have both Doc and Marty, as well as optional features to make the flying and rail-worthy versions. Lego just needs a BTTF line full stop.
Absolutely, I'd love to see some of the other cars or vehicles of the trilogy too. Marty's Toyota 4x4, young Biff's 50's Ford, the Sierra No.3/Doc's time train There's a lot of potential for a full BTTF theme and I really wish they would make one

Thanks! Oh, well then you might as well call me a farmer because I do this a lot. 😆 I usually remember to replenish what I “farmed” by ordering those pieces back later on, unless the element’s color didn’t matter from the original set and replace it with an alternative color. If the piece was rare or can’t be easily replaced, well then all of the pieces from the set get sorted into my bins.
I'd have to buy 3 just to build and display all 3 versions. I own the Icon version but haven't even opened the box yet. Don't really have the room right now but it's one of my favorite Lego collection pieces.
It would be fun to have a line of speed champions cars we see in TV shows or movies like knight rider the A-team van, the Homer car (simpsons) Starsky and Hutch ford torino , the general Lee etc Id buy them for sure
@@thegreenbrick You are most welcome. I've discovered your channel fairly recently, but am enjoying what I see: - not just "normal" reviews like we can find on many channels, - but you upgrade your reviews with humour and with modification suggestions, and then there are the more general videos (rankings of sets through the years, MOC showings, etc). Keep up the good work!
@@roelhendrickx4302 Thanks for your supportive comments!! I REALLY appreciate it!! Yes. I found out that if I’m going to do the same thing as many others, then my efforts will not be that successful. I learned to be myself behind the camera and it’s opened up my creativity which ultimately will make my content unique.
Reaaaly quick what is the part number of that stud with bar on the bottom 3:30 ? I need to order a few and can't find the right string of LEGO jargon to make it come up on rebrickable or bricklink 😂
Thank you so much! This is Tom and I'm absolutely overwhelmed you've made this video showcasing my model :)
This car was worth every hour spent on gathering pieces and totally deserves to be showcased!

The perfect middle ground between the Lego Dimensions version and the giant expensive ones.

Nice job
Thanks! The inspiration all started with the ReBrickable MOC!

Really good video: informative but with enough humour.
Thanks my friend!

You are a saint and a scholar

Could you potentially create wheels that can transition from ground to flight mode using a mixel joint socket and one of those mixel ball joint rods?
Wow! I wish I had one❤
I used Paul Walker 2Fast2Furious Lego car as my start to build my Delorean Time Machine. And went from there!

I'm sure you already know, but there is a printed 1x2 license plate with outatime on it. It was in the lego ideas set. As well as the orange one.
Would have loved to have had those for this car!
Aye, YES, please! Aarrrrgh!
So when are you getting into making your own custom sticker elements? Before or after the 3d printer for custom display and storage?
Perhaps in time I will. Only the future will tell.
