Well, you explained it well yourself. Considering what parts were available 9 years ago the F40 is a clear winner here. I have both of these vehicles. Heck I have all of the creator expert/icons and ideas vehicles.Ferrari is by far my favorite model.
I received that Lego F40 as an Xmas gift years ago & it, happily, became the start of an ever growing Lego collection. It was also when I learned to never throw away the box. Replacing them is expensive.
the F40 set is still a nice set but i always thought the car was kinda small length wise. NKUBATE's mod instructions from rebrickable extends the length of the car by 2 studs and looks way better and the build is still sturdy, only thing is you need extra pieces to do it and are left with left over pieces from the original build
The F40 is a set I've wanted for so so long... if someone says Ferrari, the car I think of is the F40, it's just how a Ferrari looks to me, classic and good looking. But honestly I thought it was older. I guess I have this false memory of seeing it on the shelf when I was like 12 or something, and I'm currently 26. Weird.
The Lambo is a nice set- but something about it is just a bit off for me- and the F40 is one of my FAVORITE sets EVER. So it's F40 all the way for me :)
@@j1m909 there’s alternatives like CaDA I picked few models up for 50-60% less than comparable Lego. Not to mention you can get them optionally motorized. Plus the quality of bricks is on par with Lego.
@@Johnsmitty1971 yh I brought my first cada car last month. It just annoys me Lego only seen to make huge expensive sets that are any good now. There's a huge market for something in-between speed champions and this.

great video! i think it would be a good idea to take inflation into account when talking about prices.
“I don’t even know if this is official” 😂
I think I prefer the F40 bevause its smaller and still looks good and I just dont like white lego because im always afraid of it yellowing
We do need a yellow Lambo though… jk 😆
I dont think you can judge a retired set on price oer part. Seeing as a sealed F40 can go for $300 or more on the secondary market these days.
great video! i dont agree but good job
I wish i had them
the console in the countach is just a giant ashtray
Ferrari won because the creator of the video could be sued😂
You gave "engine point" to F40 two times.

Yeah the appearance is off and also double wheels on the back like wtf this ain’t a tractor
How did you find a closed box Ferrari creator set??
Money
Cool
Thanks.
Would love to see them redo the F40 in the same scale as the Countach to match up with the other builds
Hi, do you review non-LEGO bricks and I can send them to you to review.
2:35 you mentioned this licenced logo while my box doesn't have it. Do you have any idea why?
Hmm. It could be different requirements for different countries or just regulations changed at some point. I’m not sure really.
I honeslty feel like the alt build of the porsche looks better as a countach than the actual set
2 original of lego Speed Champions f40
And countach is 2 cars
The big one and the small one this is epic
That factory sealed F40 goes for big money now days !
bro thought he is in carwow 🤣
The cars are way too big now, mini Cooper, beetle, f40 and the caterham were the peak. Reasonable price and reasonable size. Hate the new stuff.

@@j1m909 agreed! Going back to CaDA my absolute favorite is RUF Yellowbird. Great hybrid of technic and system pieces. $80 motorized
Please don't take "the long way" anymore😢
The backlight from the lambo is an embarrassing joke ….
I've had my f40 on display for a while I need the countach
well if the countach has more bags, thats more plastic production, so isnt it worse? by the way the guy selling wands is called olivander
the fact that the DeLorean is the only one facing to the right is kinda sus
