He won another time when he teamed up with tobirama and the other senjus to take on madara, they battled for more than 24h and madara was then defeated for the first time in his life. Juubidara was able to, in a weakened state, block it. 2) Naruto never beat him. Juubidara was very much alive. It's like Eight Gates Guy VS Juubidara. 3) Juubidara was severely injured from his previous fight against Guy. Saying Juubidara < Six Paths Naruto is like saying MS Sasuke is weaker than Mei. Hashirama is the strongest character in the show because he was just naturally that strong. Madara left the village and got stronger, and he had gained the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, and he returned with the Nine Tailed Fox and he still could not defeat Hashirama. Hashirama is just that good. Naruto has Kyubi and Six Paths power, plus chakra from every tailed beast. Hashirama has none of that. But yet he was unmatched.

Hashirama is the pinnacle of power for a ninja without six paths or the rinnegan. There is no question naruto is more powerful than Hashirama but only because of six paths. Without the six paths power naruto has the nine tails and sage mode, (also the nine tails is technically not Naruto's natural power but I'll give it to him). Hashirama has sage mode on par if not greater than Naruto's and he was able to take on the full nine tails + madaras susanoo. It's when naruto(and pretty much any character) gets the 6 paths power or the rinnegan(neither of which can be acquired naturally) that they graduate to a whole different power level. So it's my opinion that Hashirama could thrash any character in Naruto without six paths.

Also, extracting ninetails from Naruto is impossible because Hashirama is a slow slug. Savon Sanders 1) Naruto did use his Chakra Cloak at one time during that battle, because he focused his Kyuubi Chakra into his hand when he punched Juubidara. Juubidara was able to, in a weakened state, block it.
2) Naruto never beat him. Juubidara was very much alive. It's like Eight Gates Guy VS Juubidara.
3) Juubidara was severely injured from his previous fight against Guy. Saying Juubidara < Six Paths Naruto is like saying MS Sasuke is weaker than Mei. It's because MS Sasuke was already weakened in his fight with the Raikage, Kazekage, their bodyguards, and samurai that he lost that fight. This is even stated by Mei. If he was fully recovered, he'd destroy her with amaterasu and would be able to use Susano'o a lot better. After he got a little bit of Chakra back from Zetsu, he was able to charge out of the room, so fully recovered Sasuke > Mei. Same applies to Juubidara VS Naruto.
Naruto only has six paths because someone else gave it to him. It had nothing to do with skill, but more free power-ups for Naruto, even though he is still 16 freaking years old dropout.

Hashirama is the pinnacle of power for a ninja without six paths or the rinnegan. There is no question naruto is more powerful than Hashirama but only because of six paths. Without the six paths power naruto has the nine tails and sage mode, (also the nine tails is technically not Naruto's natural power but I'll give it to him). Hashirama has sage mode on par if not greater than Naruto's and he was able to take on the full nine tails + madaras susanoo. It's when naruto(and pretty much any character) gets the 6 paths power or the rinnegan(neither of which can be acquired naturally) that they graduate to a whole different power level. So it's my opinion that Hashirama could thrash any character in Naruto without six paths.
