    Hello, Parth! Thank you for a great recipe. Just a question why did you use brown sugar?

    • @parthbajaj
      @parthbajaj  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hello! Brown sugar is one of the most essential ingredients in most brownies and cookies recipes.
      It has molasses and it adds a chewiness, fudgyness and a caramel like flavour to the brownies

    • @parthbajaj
      @parthbajaj  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hey! As a general thumb of rule, if you substitute so many items in a recipe, it is no longer the same recipe!
      Anyway, for making it vegan, you can substitute the curd with vegan yogurt like coconut yogurt.
      No you cannot use almond flour instead of regular flour, and although I am not sure but I guess coconut sugar should work

    I usually bake it for about 25 mins and it comes our a little watery from the centre. Can you tell me the reason?

      It might be under baked, all recipes are different. For this recipe 20 mins is enough

    I have noticed when I baked Tutti Frutti cake with curd it was awesome no smell n taste of curd not even curd turned sour or Cake tasted sour but when we mix cocoa powder no matter how fresh it is it turns bit sour n u get distinctive prominent flavor of sour curd u can notice curd is been used n final product tastes very bad. Literally Awful . Curd reacts with cocoa giving sour taste.

    I made this recipe twice. It did turn out the same way it looks in the video. But trust me, it tasted really bad, because of the curd/yogurt in it.
    It was really sour. I had to discard it both the times. So try making this using a non sour yogurt or curd.

      Hi
      Whenever you use curd for the application of baking, always use the less sour version only.
