I can still remember these pre-show trailers, they were a blast to watch and sometimes funny, I am surprised they do not show them still today, I may have to bring them up to the management at the Galaxy Theater, this would be a perfect addition to their remodel experience of bringing back the old Galaxy Theater.
The Baby, Devil Dexter, Angel Dexter, Dexter, Sid and Velma sections of movie theater policy reminds me of Klasky-Csupo, home of the famous Nickelodeon cartoon Rugrats
I gotta say, these policy trailers are kinda fun. Especially this one. It's a crying shame they don't make stuff like that anymore. Now, they have to make 'intimidating' anti-piracy propaganda, and those lame 'fake trailers' that tell people not to talk during the movie. Plus, a lot of stupid ads that I already get on tv!
And here it is, ladies and gentlemen. I finally found the name for this music. It's "Celluloid Magic" by The Production Garden Music. It is composed by Mitchell Markham.

My guess is that some of the animators at Willming-Reams previously or would later go on to work for Klasky-Csupo or Cartoon Network. That would make sense.
what do you think japanese movie policy trailers look like in japan? they probably don't look like this. p.s. everytime I go to a movie theater, the THX digital sound trailer is not there, i went to regal cinemas, sunrise cinemas, and amc theater and yet the THX trailer never comes on, all it does is go to the movie! what happend to that loud yet great trailer (which some people would start claping there hands) that is called THX go?
They don't show the sound system promos anymore, except at certain cinemas like the ones with THX Ultimate Cinema technology. How else are you gonna enjoy a movie without the sound system promo? No THX, no Dolby, no DTS, not even SDDS.
I like where it says please take you crying children to the Lobby that should be a rule for restaurants take the children outside let them calm down. Now it will say please also no videotaping and silence your phones Also don't kick the seat in front of you also in Airplanes.
They really play up the 'local' character of the chain; namedropping local news stations, local newspapers, local radio.

The style the non-cartoon animation reminds me of the work done by Klein&.
One of the characters was remixed into the Cartoon Network in 1995.
Same thing with Nickelodeon in 1991.
