    Thanks for checking out the video! Join in as my friend Blair and I build a sweet new roll cage for the #BattleWagon and work on completing the facelift prior to the start of this riding season. As many of you know, I rolled the RZR on our last trip to West Virginia so it was time to build a real rollcage. I hope you guys enjoy the shop shenanigans in this video. The next video will go over the new custom wrap that will complete the transformation of the Battle Wagon and take it into version 3.0! I've had this machine for 5.5 years now and it's been to hell and back multiple times! Stay tuned to the next video series that I'll start posting in the next week or two from out recent trip to Tennessee in March.... where I already properly "tested" the cages integrity, lol!! Leave a comment and let me know what you think of both of the cages.

    Great job on the cage. True craftsmanship. Very nice welding and over all design. I have ordered a few things from Canada and the craftsmanship was always great. Watching him cut and weld is the reason I like to see made in Canada on more products. Great job on painting also. Great video. Thank you Julian.

      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for all the positive feedback David. Glad you think we did a good job. Blair is a talented guy, he made it look easy. I learned a ton on this project. We need more made in Canada stuff. I feel that both Canada and the USA have a ton of manufacturing potential and when you factor in overall quality the pricing can be competitive with offshore if done right. I rather pay a bit more for quality. Especially in safety or performance related areas. We often complain about offshore manufacturing and China in particular but in a way our habits and desires for cheaper prices products helped create those beasts. We can however start shifting that balance back. It won’t be quick but it can be done.

      Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the video. We play the “built, not bought” game here. Watching a machine evolve over time and putting your own personal touch on things is part of what gives a machine character. I like to do all the work i can on my own or if it’s not something I can pull off in my own online to do it with the help of a friend. It’s what makes my machine mine. No hate towards those who choose to buy. Sometimes it makes more sense to buy it. Especially if you don’t have the time to build one. This is a project I’ve been wanting to do for a long long time.

      Hey remember my friend Anthony cipriano who just opened a shop in Carlisle New York. He always made sure he had a 20-foot trailer so I can go to West Virginia every year,
      Sad news brother 51 years old cardiac arrest working at Albany international airport. I'm heartbroken riding is not the same at all without Tony he was our leader now I'm going to have to get a reliable vehicle in a trailer so I can make it to West Virginia. Sorry haven't talked in so long man went through a lot this past year my bucket list is to come ride with you guys. CHEERS BROTHER

      @@shawncrandall7189 damn…. That sucks a lot man. So young. My condolences on your loss of a friend and riding buddy. Hope he’s riding in paradise now man. That’s rough. Just gotta think of the good times and keep him in your mind when your out riding cause I’m sure he’d love to be there with you as much as you’d love to have him there. Life is so damn fragile…. You just never know. You’re in my thoughts man. Takes time to heal wounds like this.

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Bryce. Nice to have another fellow Canadian around, I’m trying to grow the Canadian following. It’s tough in Canada with one website that covers everything. I usually hop around between a few. Royal Distributing has free shipping and their UTV parts offering is slowly growing, REVCO is good for having a lot of tire and wheel options if you are out west then I’ve heard good things about UTV Canada. I feel because of how expensive shipping is in Canada that generally it’s still best to find a more local shop you can deal with to offset shipping and exchange rate. Things are improving though. Lots more options now then there was 2 or 3 years ago.

    can someone tell me hor to roll the front aluminum roof to the front of my cage .my aluminum is o65 but it doesnt bend easy..how do u do that.

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It’s not a perfect radius. We used a break and put a few minor bends in it. Then when I bolted it all down that pulled it all into place nicely. Then I also hit all the bends with a hammer and worked them into a nicer radius. Looks pretty good and wasn’t too hard to do. It’s not absolutely perfect but you really need to look up close to see any of the “imperfections” For an off-road buggy it’s great though.

      Thanks Keith. It was my first time spraying an orange like that. I knew it wasn’t gonna cover well but I didn’t realize how much worse then the red it would be lol. Still turned out nice though! I’d happily do it again.
