- This is a Lull forklift I got running a number of years ago. It hadn't run since, and while it sat trees grew behind, through, and in it. I'm getting it running again, and do a closer look at features that make these Lull telehandler type forklifts unique.
"Everything was going as planned..." I absolutely love this channel
Isn't he great?! 🤩
it's amazing how gears n metal can sit for so many years and still fire up
The trees that are growing in it shows that the entire equipment is eco friendly!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😅😅😅😅❤

That machine got you a subscriber 4 years ago.
You really are one of my favorite channels on TH-cam you make the projects seem doable regardless of what it is
Always nice to see you back at your dads house ! I live in Massachusetts so looks just like home to me . I have family in Connecticut. Enjoy every video you make ! I have my hoisting license to operate Lulls in Mass
Excellent!! Good Money. 😉
If I had 1/10,000 the knowledge, I'd be a world class mechanic and I'd be saving myself a ton of money, great entertainment as well. So much talent!
It's a paleo-telehandler!
"...Underfoot, so that'll be handy..." -- I can only hope that was some intentional wordplay! Bravo.
I worked construction for 45 yrs before retirement. A roofing company I worked around had been around for 75 yrs ,had 2 of those old lulls. One was a '59 the other was a '60 and used them until around 2015, 2016.
I was thinking Old Pettibone. But Lull used the Orange paint. Its been a year or two since i have seen one
I had one also bought it as junk fixed it and used it for years still working as a yard machine at my friends place
You have the BEST playgrounds! Thanks James. Take care & stay safe.
You have all of cool machines to play with. Awesome content.
Love to walk beside you and learn.
Great video, I always look forward to a new episode of Low Buck Garage
You have some odd, but cool pieces of equipment, 😁👍, I've never even seen one of those forklifts before, lol, great video, and thanks for sharing with us.
I lol'd at the Lull and the number of directions it could move.
i used to drive a Skytrak at work when i was a welder. this is like its older dinosaur cousin. i love it!
Great machine. So versatile, never seen anything like that. 👍
I love seeing the different types of machinery you have in your collection.
Your philosophy on what to fix is priceless, inspiring and fun.
This episode has me wanting to build my own telehandler.
What a fantastic bit of kit! Proof that hydraulic systems CAN be fun!
She's a unit. Worthy of a full resto
15.32...
If you swap the word "Load" with "Beer" you got a full beerlift-manual for
the whole Oktoberfest Waitresses 😎🎉🍺
That *fore and aft* would be incredibly handy, I never knew those had that feature 🔧
I wish you would post more often I love watching your vids
If they make another National Treasure movie.. it should be about you! Nick Cage protecting Low-Buck!
How could you amass all those frames and vehicles and parts… in the forest?!? 😮
What a lovely old bit of equipment, I'd love to own this.
Another fun video. Who'da thunk watching a forklift truck moving could be so captivating?
now that is real fun. Don't overdo it. Always fun to watch video. Thans Low Buck
Comedy will it run videos are my new favorite thing...Please try and make that into some sorta post apocalyptic Mad Max mobile!
I'm here for a new video, for sure!
Thanks for all the work you do! I really appreciate you and your positive attitude!!
That is such a cool piece of machinery
Wowser that thing is overenginered af! I love it!
Dang it now I want one of these too and found one on the other side of the country from me. Great job decluttering!
A good telehandler is worth it's weight in gold.
I don't want to see how work got done before they became common, that's for sure
Love your videos, hi from Argentina
I know, not this video, but I ordered from Nilight. Never would have heard about them if it weren't for you. Thanks, stuff is great
Thank god... a new lowbuck episode! *checks to see if still subscribed*
Lol😂 it reminded me of a ancient stick spider.
Great episode, thanks. What an interesting machine!
That is a beast. Would love one of those rigs.
If you grew up amongst all that treasure, you must have had an amazing childhood. I would have luv'd that growing up, I had to wait to go to my aunt's house where her husband had loads of junk and dozens of out buildings to explore.
Love the tree still hanging out on the mast part. Lol
It's sad that old things goes to the trees, butt wait, Low-Buck-Garage has a surprise, put in some parts, and down the road we go..
need one of these in my life so badddd holy cow
I like this channel so much....
what a neat versatile machine
I'm a big fan of your videos!
greetings from switzerland!
Those old Chrysler slant 6 engines were pretty bulletproof. There are enough vehicles at that location for a lifetime of "will it start" videos!
The Slant 6 is a tough engine.
Very interesting. Love your videos! Thanks.
What a behemoth of a machine!
Das Ding ist die EierlegendeWollmilchSau aller Gabelstabler👀👀👀🤯
Now I need one of those...Thanks!
I love it and hate it :D Quad-drop-box though, that’s a nice touch.
That ol’ Lull is a little slow. But you got your work done! Git………….er………..done!
if I recall right that is your dads place....... and damn that place is a gold mine
bro ur the best , always finding the cheapest way XD
I want to build a tiny house on that frame. XD
Yeah those little units were the prehistoric version of a telehandler
You made my OCPD kick in by not removing the branches from the forklift. 😨
RU OK? Sorry. "Are You Alright? Can we get you anything?" 😂😉✌🙏
@@jlucasound LOL 🤣
My buddy has one, he calls it the green weeny. It's raised 10,000 trusses in 25+ years.
So many levers & linkages! 😊
Now those have been replaced with 2 wires & CAN-BUS 😢
Apparently the Chrysler ignition system with the ballast resistor can be replaced with a GM HEI system for improved reliability
I'm 1 minute into the video and I already love it. I've never subscribed so fast.
Thank you for such great content! You really put your heart into every video. I can see that you are trying for your audience.🧀👾😙
Awesome and outstanding
👍
What was that mini track vehicle !? Off road fork trucks are awesome .
That thing would make for a cool looking base for an offroader or dune buggy. What with the literally cagey look and massive tires.
So, is there a grand plan for your Dad's homestead? Or do you just like moving stuff around with a cool old telehandler?
Baby needs a new pair of shoes.... and maybe some hydraulic hoses.😊
The answer is yes, Sir.
The root system will help with the structural integrity of the seat cushion.
Seems like an awfully useful machine to be doomed to the jungle.
If Optimus Prime ever shows up I think you need to stay clear of that thing 🤖
Awesome
4:32 THOOOOMMMM Love it! :))
badass forklift :O
I’m sure I speak for most viewers, Lull all terrain fork lift, I want one now
You should paint the unique forklift
I have questions for you:
1 Which hydraulic pump moves the tree in the front
2 Does it increase the weight capacity or it increases the lift heights
I want one ! My birthday is comming up too!🎂🤞
Funny how much the old lulls and skytraks changed over the years. But the basic idea and maby function stayed much the same. Then again the simplicity of older stuff changed to electric over hydraulic and electronics.
actually a really solid machines, begs for some sandblasting and quick paintjob and maybe some panneling here and there, but yeah, solid
Did you make it to the Duck Tape drags?
7:06 why is that arm (the vierendeel type arm) so familiar? This machine appears cobbled, but then again, a lot of them were, but that arm ... i've seen it before. Former military crane or something?
So now I’m totally interested in what that little tracked vehicle was you set on top of the jeep hood?
Looks like a late model lull, late model being at least 40 years old.I guess I should wait until the end ,lull was right.
Hey I have a set of 'those wrenches' - all in perfect unused condition. Mainly because they are completely useless!
At 17-30 did i see a drag line? A video on that please please please.😂
Did it for the Lullz
Must have been a pricey item in its day given the multiple functions it had and which makes newer machines envious of what it can do😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Is this the first “telehandler”? lol…
What is the biggest fire you have started inadvertently?
What is this thing... the world's first Telehandler?
You HAVE to take that home with you. (I know. Expensive just for gas.)
