For 2.7mil i got all event squad/vehicles i was missing and one PPS red, one mosin, 7 or 8 pistols, 6 or 7 sabres. Overall it was way too expensive but still leagues above dogshit WT boxes that forces you to spend 30mil and not get a single vehicle. 6/10 would gamble all my money again.
Nice display! I was only missing the Amoeba squad. Spent 360k on these lootboxes. Got absolutely nothing worthwhile other than some boosters, pistols, swords, decals and what not. I think these boxes are only good for the whales and premium players who have an infinite amount of silver to spent on these boxes. From what I saw either you have to be extremely lucky or spent like 500k at the minium to guarantee your chances of getting a squad. I am never going to go to Las Vegas again. After I recover my lost amount maybe I will try to open 1-2 boxes at a time to get those customization and soldier upgrade orders.
MG 42s barrel change wasn’t “problematic” it was just significantly different to the MG 34 (arguably* faster too). Designing new machine gun mounts for vehicles already in service was just logistically a very bad idea (that even Germany recognized so you know it was bad idea).

Loot boxes are creative bankruptcy. They could work it into salvaged goods after a battle, for example. At least that would be not so blatant and a bit creative. It's just an open roulette roll at the moment. So lazy.
With some of the older event squads that are only 4 guys like the charlton darkflow added the ability to add an engie to the squad, but it seems they forgot to do the same if you get them from the crate.
Nope, it’s a bug. I got that squad and was able to put the free gold soldier engineer on it. Some ammo pouches are also bugged, they should work the next time you log in.
I spent around 250k and got 4 squads, which include paratroopers for both the Americans and Japanese, an APC carrier for the Americans, and a suppressor squad and some tanks too
Question did you only get boosters? Because there is a bug currently where if you own all of the event sqauds already then you will only get boosters. I have seen on the forums that it is a Dutch player probleem. But I am not sure on that.
spent maybe 1 or 200k on boxes at first and didn't get much. Decided to start doing five at a time so i dont waste boosters on a bad match of conquest. Since then, i've only gotten the flakpanzer. Will never use it, but hey, it was something I didn't have. Hope they boost the odds of getting squads, but for the return on boosters and silver its not as terrible as I was expecting.
On a side note, I hope you consider more concise/compact video formats. I end up listening to your videos in the background due to long format instead of actually watching them. All the best.

I threw 1,600,000 at these boxes . Got 4 event squads and got 500 appearance changes and some gold order soldiers and some crappy weapons and vehicles. Got mixed feelings about this system. I got 450k silver still left but gonna hold on to it . Would have been more happy if I got more weapons and gold soldiers . Spacing out the boosters would of been helpful too but didn’t think of that until after
I got some decent things after 2mil. Milk truck (no flakpanzer tho), MP40 Squad, Italian Paras, BT-7, Chi Ha Kai, only got pistols but they were cool and two were the Swartz 1911’s I also got the early P47, bunch of repeat decals, and quite a few booster only pulls before I upped from 10 to 20-99 boxes. IMO the boxes aren’t worth it unless you have “fuck you” silver to throw around. They were nice for veteran players, even if we’d rather just actually buy the event squads we want at a reasonable price.
😂 yeah as said, low br burger tanks are the biggest black hole for me. after seeing how strong the crusader is i completely stopped caring about the others.
Well luckily I didnt have much, but I spent 130k + whatever I got from the box. Only got some br2 soviet squad and "premium" P47. The only thing I wanted is silenced MP40 ;-;

Correction. After getting a better look it was actually a nickel plated browning High power and not a m1911. Really confused me when i tried to look it up in my American army to only find out it was in my German army.
I know people dont like this. But I think it's a good silver dump for people who stopped having a goal after fully having an army finished and equipped for example as i have everything germany has to offer. It's just a silver dump and a goal for end game. Nobody is entitled to having anything. I put in like 250k and god 3 squads, one i actually want and use.
I dont understand what everyone is upset about. These crates can be bought with silver that you earn in game. I come from WoT where you are required to use gold to buy crates. So this is a great deal as it literally costs you nothing for a chance to get some cool stuff.

I used 170k and got german machine gunner level 1, and 3 pistols. One for Soviets named Voevodin, one for Us named Webley Mk VI, and one for germany named Mauser C96. Did I get good stuff? Playing for few months, I now have 100k silvers.
They need to change how much silver player gets, in war thunder when I get Good score, actually I feel I get more lions, here when I get the god score I get a litttle, while in both WT and Enlisted I play with premium account.. In WT I actually earn some lions to get few milions just for boxes, here its hard In WT there are good half prices on anniversary for everything Lions or GE , here not ..

@@tjlockie2214 I have not unlocked everything. And I like the ability to buy a bunch of soldiers to ensure I get max perk point ones. And the ability to buy and equipment my squads however I like, with max upgrades, without worrying about cost. Plus, none of the squads/vehicles really interest me. The xp bonuses are useful though.

the mg42 needs space on the side to change, the mg34 much less so, which is a significant issue in vehicles with closed areas.

Engineers could be a +5% salvage chance or something. That would be somewhat creative. Loot boxes are just mobile phone territory.

Event weapons tend to come around every now and then. As for squads, they never gave a second chance prior to this.
