of this new batch of trainers Natalie White is the only one I regularly play. Was very curious how she’d do a strength workout and of course that was still a lot of sweating! The burn was soooo real. Found the repetition hard mentally and definitely had to go on a slower pace for most of this but oh it’s worth it.
Wow, surprisingly challenging! I did have to remind myself that repetition IS good and noticeably needed sometimes. I will be back to this one for sure!
This was killer ! Definitely liked the booty more than the abs which are just your generic crunch variations. I also loved the quick reps which added some cardio and I even got a little arm workout. I burned my a** to the ground ! 😅 I’m going to try to fit this in 2-3x a week and add in my ankle weights in a few weeks! Thanks. P.s. loved the reps and pace !
May I ask, are your workouts in order? As a set that I could do one after the other and it brings specific results? Or is it more mixed in no special or order? If so, may I ask in which order does it make sense to do the workouts? THANK YOU❤❤❤
I understand the repetition is difficult. That’s the point. It’s light weights with lots of reps. Which is needed to help build muscle. Repetition can also help you master movement patterns and create a mind-body connection. This can improve your coordination, power, and balance, and help you become more efficient at moving. If you don’t enjoy it, that’s okay. Take another workout 💋

Those leg sliders were killer! Burn upon burn! I did this workout for the first time today with only 2 lbs and I still got a good workout!
