If there is a next time, this video would have really benefited from a magnetic soccer ball. Instead of having to point at an imaginary ball they could instead be moving the ball around the board as it's passed from one player to another. A dry erase marker to show direction of movement would have helped as well.
Yeah, I don't think the opponents are learning anything from that video. They've already broken the games down and they are aware of their playing strategy.
very interesting! Really enjoyed watching him explain his mindset and how he sees the pitch. He really deserves a big team to implement his ideas and win some trophies!
@@Woze899 No they’re not XD you will see for yourself, you have no evidence that they will be different, it’s belief; faith if you will. It doesn’t matter what manager you get in, I reckon you could have Klopp and still be rubbish
Mehn...this is what I wish ETH was doing at manutd...To me the players don't seem to know why we make a certain pass or press a certain way. Its like lose the ball...press...maybe win the ball...attack....they win the ball...they attack..basically ping pong. Too much chaos and it happens for 90 minutes...every week...then ETH confidently says he sees progress. Crazy
Seen this in the recent Liverpool brighton game but he’d be no good for Liverpool. Starting with 6 at the back playing the ball fast and encouraging a press and then having overloads to quickly get out and attack the massive spaces in midfield and up front is great for a team like brighton at anfield. He wouldnt be able to do that at Liverpool because sheff utd or a sam allardyce side arent going to press us. They’ll just let de zerbi have the ball and drop so he’d need to completely change that mindset. There would be no space in the final third for his chess pieces. I dont like managers who treat it like a science.
@@Eye-it-azz he’d be like a rafa, we’d draw too many games. He’d struggle against little sides we’re expected to beat at anfield but there’d be some great results against big teams
The goalkeeper naturally plays a very important role in his tactical approach. He practically acts as an additional player in the build-up of play. I believe he simply had too little time in this interview to go into all the details...
Give this man the right players
He is a GENIUS

And benefit the opponent as well🙄
@@JJ-bj6hgthe opponents are millionaire clibs with thousands and thousands invested in management; scouting; technology. Give a break dude

@@harryclark7404the current regime are different breed tho.they may gonna sack trnhag and hire this mastermind manager

INEOS should get De zerbi if they sack Ten hag
Coach brought all his brain power, for a war of interrogation in tactics dissapointed he got a little skirmish. 😅😅😅.

Gerrard and Lampard: “Let’s have everyone behind the ball and kick it long.”

You guys keep putting Gerrard as worst managers y’all forget what he did in Scotland
Come to fc bayern pls 🔥
Creating space for other players by movement.
only 7 minutes? where is the rest
Too bad, I know...it's likely that time is limited, which is why he could only share a fraction of his knowledge.

When he has a team like Man United he's gonna destroy you even if you play 20 defenders

So basically an extra centre back.
