He's keeping the 94 for the bass. It normal for companies to charge a lot more for clearer mids and highs because it's what audiophiles, people with money, are after.
ANC is awesome and better than a wired one but sound quality is kinda muffled. Depends on your needs. My opinion is since ANC are very great on these wireless earbuds you can easily focus on the music

I'm very interested in getting these headphones, and since I would often use them to listen to podcasts and audiobooks, I'd like to know if there's a way to rewind or fast forward a track WITHOUT skipping to the next track, or going back to the previous track. Can you rewind or fast forward within the same track? For example, I often listen to podcasts or audiobooks while I run, and sometimes, I want to rewind so I can listen to an interesting section again, which I do with my "wired" Apple earbuds by pressing the "volume down button" 3 times and it rewinds for as long as I hold the third press. Is there a way to do that with the Soundliberty 94s? Thank you!!1 (Awesome review!)

With the Taotronics Sound Liberty 94, the workaround I've thought I could use, would be to activate Siri using a voice command (Hey Siri) and then requesting is to rewind something like 30 seconds while playing an audiobook or podcast ("Hey Siri, rewind 30 seconds") which I can do using my regular wired Apple earbuds. It'd be nicer to have a dedicated button I could use to rewind, but these headphones are so small, that it's understandable they don't have that option. Either way, I truly appreciate your answer. You have an awesome channel. Thanks!!!
I got these yesterday, However am disappointed, They have a constant whitenoise whilst listening, Sorta like the ocean sound, It's weakest with ANC on, Stronger with it off, And strongest with Ambient Mode on. And they have been charging for over 12 hours, I pulled them out, It said battery low and turned off within 10 minutes of using them. Wtf
It's bass heavy out of the box. My Spotify has a limiter on the volume so I don't blow my ears. At max volume within this limit the bass was not distorted. I would suggest to dial the bass down

You can tell from the other reviewer that 92 is slightly better than 88. From my video the Tronsmart Onyx is better than the 92.
@@DrJamesT have you had this issue? It's like an static beeping sound (worse than just hiss) on the left bud when either I have ANC turned off or ambient mode turned on. I'm wondering if I have a dud but everything sounds fine with ANC turned on. The ANC seems rather subtle and removes mostly lower frequencies.
Update - Taotronics quickly sent me a replacement unit. The hiss issue is much reduced when ANC is turned off, but still somewhat noticeable when ambient sound is turned on. The case battery also doesn't seem to drain as much as the first unit.
The galaxy buds are voted number 1 on www.rtings.com/headphones/reviews/best/wireless-bluetooth-earbuds-in-ear-headphones I reckon it's better than this.
Hey I've ordered the taotronics and I have the galaxy buds right now. I will tell you tomorrow more. For now I can say that the bass is weak on the Galaxys.
@@bascalbo alright. Tested both now. And you got two options I think. If u listen more to audio files with a lot of voice / higher pitches, go for the Samsung ones. They are more defined and clearer to high pitched sounds or voices, but they really miss the bass. If u listen to deeper sounds or sound with much bass, you should definitely go for the taotronics + u got ANC that does ok for it's price. I will keep the taotronics because, I need a bit more bass. At @0:44. Passive plus Active, I said it cuts out noise better than overear ANC headphones. Obviously you can't have just ANC and not passive. Passive alone is good enough. Having ANC on top wipes out a lot of noise. I also gave the warning about ANC Hiss.

Basically saying this ANC compares to or is better than premium brands. The other ANC comment was 'It suppresses the noise of someone talking and suppresses even lower' which is a very basic statement to make on an ANC earbud. thats all you said about the ANC. 'Let's go back to the ANC' you were talking about the ANC than you said that after which didn't make sense. The main reason people are getting this is because ANC but explanation wasn't good.
@@wg676 I think the entire video was a great explanation of the performance of them along with ANC, he mentions at the start and also near the end a comparison with another brands ANC. If you want to be technical about its rated to reduce noise by 35 decibels so lets assume you are in traffic which is around 70 decibels it would be dropped down to 35 which is only slightly louder then a whisper so assuming you are listening to music I highly doubt the traffic will be audible. I'll update tomorrow as well once mine come in.
Update actually a bit disappointed with the ANC the passive is doing 99% of the work I can barely hear my AC unit as it is turning on ANC just slightly reduced the hum but that was it.
@@GabeTC99 yea forgot to comment but i was gonna warn you about getting the earbuds. They announced the new jabra 85t ANC. I will be get that next year sometime it would be good to save up money to get that since its a trusted brand. i had the previous generation jabras and it never let me down.

there's isn't a rewind or FF feature in these earbuds. Anyone out there can make a recommendation for our Audio Book reading friend here?

I always see the Raycons being talked about but from what I hear they are all bass and nothing else, how does this compare to something like that?

No AptX, but it's BT 5.1, Hold right bud for 2s for Voice Asst, tap L&R for Vol+-, tap 3x for Next/Prev track, it's a lot of tapping TBH

I’m cosidering this and the enacfire e60. Beside the anc, can you compare the sound quality and battery life?
Enacfire e60 is excellent for sound quality. 94 has more bass in comparison.
Did you think that the sound was more bass heavy or balanced right of the box? Did they start go distort at high volumes?
It's bass heavy out of the box. My Spotify has a limiter on the volume so I don't blow my ears. At max volume within this limit the bass was not distorted. I would suggest to dial the bass down

Ive bought the 94,what im thinking of is a software. Does it have an App or something similar where i can change the Settings?
earbuds with apps are $100 and up. You can rejig the sound signature with equalizers in your music app
These work with the 20Decebel app, which you can use to change ANC, ambient mode etc, though the equalizer sucks.

I just got these, I'm not bothered too much by the hiss with ANC, but I noticed that when I turn off ANC, the left bud has some EMI static.
make sense, the left bud is same bud you need to hold for 2s to turn ANC off.

Also, I noticed the battery of the case sometimes abruptly plummets close to zero such that the buds will not be charged and remain turned on.
