Where is your community currently? If you already have a successful community elsewhere, you may not want to move it into SureDash. I'm keeping my community in Circle. If you're on something like Facebook and you want more ownership over your community, it's sometimes just a matter of getting started and filling your community with 'value' people can't get anywhere else. For migrating from platform to another, that's pretty easy with SureMembers where you can import members into access groups, then configure the access groups to get content in certain spaces. That would be a decent video for me to make.
@@Convologya want to re-start and old Community and want creating this on Wordpress. I think is real Hard to find the first members. Maybe over ads 🙈?! And I am thinking of to do this with SureMembers and lateron with SureDash. Maybe till SureDash is ready to create more with toolkit.
@ I think the best way to grow a community is organically through trust and value. Create value to attract people to you then create more value in a community. Those who want more will pay for more.
awesome, looking forward to more suredash vids to come! I'll need em. I like the cohort idea, whole community management seems daunting atm do you also have a suremembers affiliate as well? looking to sign up today, and suredash where i see you have a link.
It can be, but I don't see it that way personally. I see it as a Dashboard, taking it quite literally from the name SureDASH. It's a platform for delivering content. Sometimes that content can be a discussion space. Sometimes it's a video. Sometimes it's a lead magnet. Sometimes a course. For me, it'll be content that I deliver for my lead magnets, content stream upgrades, and pathways into my paid programs that I offer up elsewhere.
Look forward to hearing how you’ll integrate LatePoint for booking. This is something I’d love to learn!
Your video works as I am definitely interested in how use this going forward. Very helpful.
Brilliant as usual Doug 👍
Very interesting
My question is how to create and get the members on a new Community Platform
But a nice Video like always :)

@@Convologyyeah that’s a great video idea!
Love to see a vid of Tick Tick and how you organize your work.
Well, I don't know if I would call it "organize" but I just make lists in Tick Tick. I'll show it during an office hours. 👍

This is why I am not able to understand SureDash. I keep expecting it to be a social platform.

It is weird. Originally seemed to be good with Adams early videos but now kind of regret getting it. Fingers crossed it evolves into something useful.
@@disciplinefreedom3083I feel the same way…not sure in which direction this will go. I both want to use it for community, courses and central hub
I have a hard time imagining this. I guess I'll wait to see how you integrate this thing into your techstack.
I plan to record my entire process of building my SureDash up. Hopefully that helps.
