  • People have used ashwagandha for thousands of years to relieve stress, increase energy levels, and improve concentration. Here are 9 proven benefits:
    00:00 - Intro
00:52 - Ashwagandha is perhaps best known for its ability to reduce stress. It’s classified as an adaptogen, a substance that helps the body cope with stress
01:13 - It may have beneficial effects on athletic performance and may be a worthwhile supplement for athletes.
01:34 - It may help with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and maybe even schizophrenia.
02:04 - May boost testosterone and increase fertility and sex drive in men
02:33 - May reduce blood sugar levels
    02:45 - Has anti-inflammatory properties.
02:58 - May improve brain function and memory
    03:23 - May improve sleep
03:48 - Relatively safe and widely available
Ashwagandha is considered relatively safe for most people. However, it’s not appropriate for everyone, so it’s important to talk with a healthcare professional before adding ashwagandha to your routine.

This herb has saved my life. Lost my wife to cancer last year and my depression and PTSD are 90% gone. I'm still sad over my great loss but I do not cry as much as I did before taking it.

Started taking this last week and must say I feel less stressed and anxious already. Whether it’s actually working already or I’m expecting it to and therefore forcing my brain to think differently, something’s happening.
I bought bare root powder online & let it brew for 10-15 mins in boiling water. Wee squeeze of lemon to take the earthy taste out aswell.
    Good luck 🍀

Oh dude, study more on that creatine first, yes it helps my anxiety, it helps in the bedroom too, a little of anything can go a long way if your mind is involved. Qigong. Brother insight, Thic Man Tue has a good channel I found for the nerves and restabilizing strength. Eliminate the crap you know you shouldn't have to consume to rock on. Cbd oil helps, moving to a state where cannabis is legal helps too, talk to your body, a living zoo of organisms that have gotten you this far. F what anybody thinks of you.(that part is internal)

It does nothing for me. The only thing that I've noticed is that it increases my muscle volume which I had totally lost due to a tragic situation. I got my legs back and also my butt in less than 6 months. Other than that, no effect on insomnia, depression or anxiety. No side effects at all, which is pretty amazing given the fact that many natural products have side effects for me.

I eat 3-4 grams everyday, no more social anxiety, i cant believe i struggled with social anxiety for 20 years and was cured in a few days of taking this.. Utterly useless healthcare system in the West 🤷‍♂️
