    I’ve heard of people not liking to type, but only you would think of using a laser….You made my morning❣️

      The laser is cheaper than toner… lol. Just another use of a laser. Thanks, I hope the rest of your day is as good…

    Clack, Good stuff. Learned more ideas for node editing. Have done some small paper cutting projects but hadn't thought of engraving on the paper. Keep them coming.

    Great video! You've given me a few ideas. I've been thinking about making a Christmas ornament on the laser to send out with our cards this year. Now ( thanks to you), I can burn on the return address and cut some slots to hold the ornament!

    Thanks was looking for something like this to make information tags for products I make and this process will be perfect to whip out a batch at a time. 👍 Subscribed :)

    I have toyed with the idea of using stationery with my D1 Pro but of all the videos I've watched. this is a first. Never seen this done until now. Very cool - very interesting.

    I enjoyed this and appreciated learning a bit about light burn. The alum business cards are awesome!

    Have you ever tried cutting grey board card with the diode laser? That would be the main material I am looking to cut. Thanks

    • @TheClackShack
      @TheClackShack  ปีที่แล้ว

      Not sure what that is but it cuts card stock

    I have never used Lightburn but have been watching laser videos as I find them interesting. I was wondering in the first part of why when you were making your jig bigger, why didn't you just drag the bottom of the jig down to expand it like you dragged up the other one you made to add to it?

    • @TheClackShack
      @TheClackShack  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not sure which part you are talking about but dragging objects can resize them. I prefer welding

    Thank you this is just what I was looking for! Brand new to this, at 11:47 it looked like you still had plywood to support the envelopes, is that a second plywood layer underneath your cut or did you chisel it out somehow (how is it so flat)? Never done this before so likely not understanding something but tad confused as to how you managed such nice recesses for the envelopes

    • @TheClackShack
      @TheClackShack  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It is thinner material that is cut to fit the holes and painters taped in place.

    That is very cool. I can’t wait till I get mine. I think something like this could work in our Mr and Mrs Santa Clause visits with kids and Stuff A Cruiser at Christmas.

    May I ask which Lightburn do you use? And is Lightburn a subscription or a purchase?

    It looks great, but in my town we use an injet printer, and x-Acto, faster, safe, no fire hazard!! 😂😂

      @TheClackShack  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Personal preference. No fires here...
