BEST fluxcore instructions I've EVER seen yet! Now to go and try to defrog my Harder Fate mig with Lincoln wire and go STICK something! Thank you SO much for taking off the smoke from the eyes!
Thank you so much. I bought the mig 200 months ago, but finally got a table and everything else i needed. I have zero experience but i have been able to make much nicer welds after watching your video. I have never seen more experts and egos then in welding. Seems like no one has anything good to say. Everyone's out with their pitch forks. It's kinda crazy. Anyway thank you for the tips and taking your time and explaining.

Just learning how to flux core weld with a cheap Harbor Freight welder and your vid is hands down the best I've seen thus far. Same as everyone was saying in the comments. You've given some amazing tips. Now I know why have spatter all over the place... Thanks!!!
Great video! I have been watching a lot of videos and you are the best of them all. It was awesome to actually see the different welds and that made all the difference. I'm 69 and it was time to learn how to weld, I build high performance motorcycles and I'm tired of paying for welding. I need to build a drag wheelie bar for a 1976 Yamaha RD400, it will not stay on the ground. I look forward to watching more of your videos and thank you so very much!!
Thanks for the encouragement. I think that it's not how many toys you have in the end, but how many things you were able learn and use. I work seven days a week in my garage with my four dogs and it's still a kick in the ass! My retention isn't as good as it use to be, but if I stopped learning I would perish quickly. I'm glad to hear that you also enjoy the challenges, I couldn't imagine sitting around doing nothing. Keep learning my friend and thank you again. I'm in Nevada and still have the room out here to crash and burn, but I need that wheelie bar so I won't! Lol@@melbuilt

Still haven't made the wheelie bar and at the rate I'm going, I may be dead before I'm finished! Haha.
Good video on different techniques. The only thing I would add is the "why" of it all, especially since this is intended for those new to the trade. The whole point is to heat up as much of the base metal while you're filling with wire, because the wire puddle is already hot, but the base metal isn't. Adding the different movements is simply a way to touch as much of the base metal, which is how you accomplish the proper penetration necessary for strength. Covering the science (the "why") is just as important as the look (the "what"). Great instructions overall--very helpful!
Thank-you for taking one for the team and providing this TH-cam Trade School lesson on Flux-Core Mig. Also, thanks for the nozzle gel and spatter spray tips, little to no "BBs" on my table and piece. And yet another Thank-you for the aluminum heat-sink tip...I notice way fewer blow-throughs on my thin-walled tubing welds, but it might also be due to your excellent videos. Bless you Brother. I liked the "cursive eee" the best because the size of the e can be adjusted for any metal thickness. OBTW...Harbor Feight "Vulcan" nozzle fits my ArcCaptain mig gun.
Awesome thank you for the continuing support I really appreciate it. Ill check out that vulcan tip for mine. I plan on doing some more on flux core so if you have any suggestions let me know. Hope yall have a Blessed day 🙏
I’ve been flux on and off for hobbies 15 years and just recently I’m actually practicing and realizing that it’s not hard not ugly it’s all in the prep and technique
Fantastic tutorial - thanks very much. Been wanting to learn to weld for years to round out my wrenching and woodworking skills so I can keep more of the restoration work I do on old cars and boats in-house. Attending a community intro class to MIG this weekend and after watching this I’ve got a much much better idea of the basics. FWIW I think the Whip and Pile looks easiest/best for me but we’ll see once I get that gun in my hand. Cheers and thanks.
@@ACDesignsGarage - thanks very much, ok here goes question no. 1 :-) .... My first project will be modifying a factory roll-bar off a Jeep CJ5 to fit a ‘49 CJ3a. The 5 has a longer bed and taller body so I’m thinking if I cut about 12” off the main hoop legs and rear support legs it will drop down just about perfect. So...is the $300 Flux core machine I’ve got access to going to be good enough to weld heavy flat plates on the modified roll bar so I can bolt the thing to the 3a? I think the hoop is made from mild tube steel and can’t be thicker than 3/16 walls - likely less. BTW - this isn’t for crazy off-roading, just something to add a little protection for backwoods dirt roads in case I put a wheel over the ditch and drop on my side. I wouldn’t trust my not-yet-existent welding skills to save my life rolling off a canyon pass, dramatic endo or anything. Thanks for your thoughts!
Again, thanks for the video with the flux core. Also, for using the ArcCaptain. I was practicing again today on 1/8 steel with my ArcCaptain mig200 with a .030 flux core. So far for 1/8 steel, I’m getting some pretty good beads with 17.5 volts & 4.5 m/min & adjusting my inductance to the right just passing the red line a little. I’m still playing with those settings. With 3/16 using flux core, I was doing pretty good with 18.8 volts 6.2m/min & adjusting my inductance to the right just passing the red line a little doing the whip & pause technique waiting till my puddle build up before I move forward again.
That sounds great ive never played with the inductance, I wasn't sure what it did. If you have any tips Im listing lol hope you have a great Day!! Thanks for watching!!!!
Just brought Vevors Mig 270 & broke it out of the box today. Fitted for welders, but that was all stick & Tig. first time welding for me, Thanks for the tips, some good advice!
I like the whip and pause you show. I have always been into shielding gas.. am TICKLED at how good Stainless Flux core works in my millermatic 140 Autoset on LOW power, very low speed, even odder its on 120v 15 amp circuit off my back deck, a 50 foot heavy duty extension cable. I was using shielded mig for mild steel but needed to change it up for the Stainless project. It really did the job on my stainless exhaust system. The cost of a 2 ft tank of shielding gas was 140 at the local welding shop.. so, I found E308LFC-O .035-Diameter Stainless Flux Core SONNLER, packaged well in a vacuum pack (ideal) and buzzed straight off the line in DCEN mode. I do a ellipsis shape real fast on the tips, but a quick wiggle/pause in the middle.. looks very much like your welds, looks great! thanks for the good walk through, and focus to safety. Anti Spator... zigzag charlie brown.. hah
I was a fitter / welder for eighteen years and we never changed the polarity back and forth when running hardwire or fluxcored wire. The only thing we changed when running fluxcored wire was to change the gas over to carbondioxide and put a heater on your bottle before you put your regulator with neoprene washer on to keep your regulator from freezing up from the gas. The only time you change your polarity is when you run gasless fluxcored wire.
That whip and pause is probably the better lookin piece. Thanks for your great video! Just got a Yeswelder today and lookin forward to arcing and sparking.
I like the helmet light and have been looking for one for some time now. It would be better if it had some sort of swivel on it. In relation to the "Stacking Dimes" demo, it has been proven that stacking dimes is a weak weld unless you are doing it for art purposes.
I’ve never done the flux core before but now I know what to do. Thanks for the advice and tips. I’m guessing the splatter spray will work good for mig and I’ve never seen that before. -Spanky was here
Thanks for watching Spanky, I have done much of it eaither, but I can see a use for it!! As for that anti spatter its a life saver even for Mig. Are you going to the lonestar round up this year????
Yeah, just the negative comments. Screw them!! Very helpful. Also LOVED the Willy Nelson analogy!!! Surprised that machine doesn't have a feed button inside the spool box. You rock brother!! Keep the flux core videos coming! Its becoming very popular. Do it on rocker panels. They will run, say, 14 to 18 gauge.
OMG he is like the ONLY person I have ever seen use a Arc Captain machine They are very good machines for what you get 3 to 5 years warranty 400$ Multiprocess machine hot start arc force synergy welding they offer really nice welding helmets for just 50$ 250$ can get you a plasma cutter all you need is a Air compressor while Harbor freight wants 1200$ for a 50 amp machine with a 90 day warranty while Arc Captain comes with 3-5 year warranty and it cost 200 to 250$ for the cutter with Arc Captain you can start a welding business for just 1500$ to 2000$
Superb video, thanks! FWIW I really like the whip and pause; I'm doing my first (newbie) project with 2.5mm angle iron and 1.2mm square tube. The whip and pause works wonderfully on mitred joints and overlap joints, on the thicker stuff, but even on my lowest settings I'm getting blow through A LOT on the thin tube - I am pretty sure the metal can't tolerate the heat build up. What is working well on the 1.2mm is dragging small cursive 'c's pretty fast - in my practice sessions I've also used the same technique vertical downwards on the 1.2 and it comes out nice. For joining the thick and thin metal I'm using a letter 'u'; holding the heat in the 2.5mm at the bottom of the u, and then dashing up onto the 1.2mm and back down again - touch wood no blow through as yet.
That's awesome, yeah I use different motions on different joints, What ever works best for you, sounds like you got it figured out. I may borrow some of your tips!!!!
@@ACDesignsGarage No problem! A further tip that works for me as a newbie....... I can't draw a straight line freehand even with 2 hands, and freehand my gun ends up going well off track, even on 2 inch beads. I borrowed an idea from art, where they use a stick as a support for the brush hand - I use my extended right hand (I'm a leftie) planted on the table and parallel along the line I want to weld, with the inside edge raised as high as is comfortable and I run my left hand along it. If I need more height I use a piece of 2x4 wood to rest the hand on. So even if I temporarily lose sight of my line at least I'm gonna be close. Works vertical too but you need to think a bit more about the angles. I'm late 60s and my hands and eyes aren't what they were 40 years ago, but this method gives me nice shortish welds that I can stich together.
Going to be finally working with my arccaptian over the next couple of week and looking forward to watching more tutorial videos from you sir. Great teaching!!! Thank you!
A good flux core wire and finding the welders sweet spot for metal thickness are the most important.once you become real good at flux core welding then, welding with gas becomes piece of cake
Whip & pause I have been welding for many years I self taught myself with gas, ark and mig. I started using flux core only because I ran out of Co2 It’s alright but when it comes down to it I will always prefer using gas rather then flux core wire. Cleaner welds by far using gas. I liked your video and how good you explained everything 👍
I like the wip and pause look really good. Fluks core is all I can afford can't afford the bottle. Thanks for the demo of the different styles. Great job 👏👏👏👊👍✌️🙃🇨🇦
Nice video..I've only welded with flux core..I don't like it to be honest but it has its uses. I will be utilising your advice to hopefully improve my results which have been disappointing for me up til now...I don't want to blame the machine but I bought it from Lidl several years ago..so its not the greatest...wire feed being a real bug bear...however it has saved my life more than once and has been worth every penny and cuss word all at the same time. Subscribed!!
Thank you for the support, it can be tought I think you can master it. I will say if you get the chance to upgrade to solid core with gas sheilding you'll love it!!!!
I just started welding and I have been going right to left with the puddle behind my nozzle so I can see where I’m going. Is that wrong? I also want to say THANK YOU for taking the time to show the setup. Those “boring” details are essential for us beginners.
Thanks for the great video. I'm just starting to play with Flux Core. I really liked the helmet with the light. But was not able to find it. I think I followed the right link...
illumiweld.com/?aff=2 Here is the link, its in the description listed under Illumi Weld light . If you have trouble let me know. Thanks for watching!!!!!
I did not realize that it was an add on. I saw it was on a Vulcan helmet and followed that link. Better yet this way. I have a good helmet I can put it on. Thanks! Take care...@@ACDesignsGarage
Great video, Never could get my flux core to behave correctly, now I think I may just get it to do a job that I would want to show people afterwards. Was told that most of the cheap dedicated flux core welders alway leave the factory with the polarity the wrong way round. Need to check mine as it would explain quite a bit.
I like nthe zigzag the best and I just unpacked my own arccaptain m200 . I want to thank you for all of the ideas and the support . Keep up the great job, have good one from Rockford IL.
Another helpful video. I think I prefer the whip- pause method. I feel like if the metal can take it, id rather be dancing in that root..idk i'm just starting out. But to me that makes sense. Is that the right plane of thought? Thnx again for these videos man. We're all very grateful.
Whip and pause but with my nerve problem it looks like the cursive e. Great instructions video that I have seen in a long time. I just wished I had a shop to do my welding in.
@@ACDesignsGarageI have to cut forging and welding recently because of fibromyalgia. I get bad shakes from nerves then mussels cramp up making it really hard to have fun. I'm learning ways to work on around the shakes trying different things. I have done cursive e so I tried the whip and pause and it looks just my old cursive e. I haven't tried to tig again I just need a third hand to feed with. Things we do to work around problems.
I have the yeswelder 160 amp 120/240 welder and use the same wire you used in the video with very good results I watched a comparison of flux wire and the yeswelder wire has won each one
I have this welder. Once you get it dialed in it good. Dont always rely on the pre sets. I've had to make a wide arrangement of setting from the auto settings. Also... when you shut it off and expect to jump right back to your welds they will not be the same settings. I think more you. Weld it changes settings. But I will say so far only welding mig and my first machine with gas.... I will take it over Flux core any day!!!
They all look very good and very nice . I know the equipment makes a big difference also . I mean if one uses junk tools or let me say this , one could make nice welds using ok tools if they know what they are doing . Anyway thanks for the lesson .
I have welded for over 40 years and drag stick and push mig and never had a problem with fux or not if you know how to weld you learn to make the best weld welds
Its best to run what ever your comfortable with. I drag mig more but I've pushed in certain situations. I can see beter dragin. Im falling in love with flux the more i use it!!!

I gotta switch my electrode to the negative side on my Hobart. Just beginning to learn this stuff, so this is great information. Also gotta get a can of that spray.
Good vid very informative, I have a Lincoln 125 and the welds never look that good, a 200 amp and up I think does a better job than the smaller machines, I have a convertible Sebring that I have been wanting to make a roll cage for would you consider making a vid on a convertible.
The other welder I was telling you about is HZXVOGEN 250 aluminum MiG welder. Does MiG, flux. Stick, and aluminum with supplied graphine liner for your gun. Amazon And has same face as our red machines. They have 40% discount on it right now. I love mine, ky
Thank you Ill have to check that out!!! I just bought an arcfony cut 53pro plasma cutter for $300 on Amazon, looks to be a great machine for the money!!!
@@ACDesignsGarage that welder comes out to about $229.00 after 40% discount, and is a twin our red ones. I am using as a flux core only, and I like it and the 250 power.
Huge thank you for this video! Just picked up a Hobart Handler 140 MIG and wanted to play with the flux it came with to get comfortable with it before going to MIG with gas, and just can't get myself to get to it because I feel like I'm gonna somehow zap myself. LOL Really wanting to get this skill down to add it to the package for when I'm building my car, and I'm such a wuss about it. Any tips to get me over the initial fear of somehow electrocuting myself? LOL Love the videos!
As long as your not standing in water or where your welding is not wet your good, also make sure your wearing your protective clothing like welding hood and welding gloves and youll be fine. Ive been shocked but nothing bad, usually when tig welding!!!! Thanks for watching and reaching out!!!!
A auto-darkening hood is better because you don't realize it but flipping your head can over time hurt your neck. Once you buy and auto hood you'll beat yourself for not getting one before now !! 😃
Brilliant video mate, thank you. One question, on different thicknesses of material, do you keep a similar speed as you used here, and use the settings on the machine to govern the penetration you get? From watching this and seeing your results, a lot of people seem to go too fast and got a surface bead, rather than it digging in like yours.
You're right, Your speed plays alot in the penetration of the weld also. You can turn over your material and look at the heat effected zone , aka the blueish grey color on the metal, and tell a lot from that. Its kinda like a road map. If your going to slow the color will be to wide, if your going to fast it will be narrow. I like to keep it as uniform as possible. As for the width of the color around 1 and 1/2 the width of your weld seems to be a good range to shoot for. Thanks for watching!!!!
I use a Lincoln 210 that during the set-up give me the range of volts which also sets my speed but also has my amps that is adjustable as well. I can independently adjust both up or down depending on heat and penitration . My machine also has metal thickness size to imput into the machine which automatically gives a range of volts and amps to run and is shown in green run zone and red on the lower and upper end of running the machine out of what the normal run heat range that should be run. I'm just learning .
General question for experienced folks, that cheap harbor freight titanium flux core welder would that be ok for securing a winch to my car trailer and then just odd and end bodywork thereafter? I’m almost sure I’ll only weld on rare occasions I’m mostly a diy car trader and fixer upper
Yes as long as it gets enough penetration I would set up your welder with the settings provided on the machine and clean it up very well and you should be good. As long as your confident in your welds!
Thank you very much!!! You can do this just start burning wire lol. Here is a video I made a while back that may help you to see better, Ill put the link below hope it helps!!! th-cam.com/video/ZEm8_1v-4wM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=XugVf43GNYLY5BiK

Thank you, I may try some more flux core on the channel!!!
whip and pause is excellent for thin material , the thinner it is the more i whip it LOL , also whip and pause on outside corners is fantastic
Thanks for the tips on the outside corner joints!!!!
I like the Whip and Pause as a finished result. just got me a MIG/FC Lincoln 90i MIG so I appreciate your video. It helped me learn something.
Awesome love to hear that, I like the w,p also
OMG he is like the ONLY person I have ever seen use a Arc Captain machine They are very good machines for what you get 3 to 5 years warranty 400$ Multiprocess machine hot start arc force synergy welding they offer really nice welding helmets for just 50$ 250$ can get you a plasma cutter all you need is a Air compressor while Harbor freight wants 1200$ for a 50 amp machine with a 90 day warranty while Arc Captain comes with 3-5 year warranty and it cost 200 to 250$ for the cutter with Arc Captain you can start a welding business for just 1500$ to 2000$
I love my machines I use the mess out of the, both the tig and mig!!!
First time flux welder here- thanks very much for your informative video!
Thank you very much for watching!!!
Thank you!
Thank you for watching, good luck!!!
A good flux core wire and finding the welders sweet spot for metal thickness are the most important.once you become real good at flux core welding then, welding with gas becomes piece of cake
I agree, I started the other way gas sheild then tig then flux lol, I do everything backwards 🤣
@@ACDesignsGarage All fun forward or backward
Thank you , for teaching us the right way . Your an excellent teacher . I am striving to reach the level of cool you asurtain..
a s c e r t a i n
Thank you very much, keep on arcin-n-sparkin lol
Whip & pause
I have been welding for many years I self taught myself with gas, ark and mig.
I started using flux core only because I ran out of Co2
It’s alright but when it comes down to it I will always prefer using gas rather then flux core wire.
Cleaner welds by far using gas.
I liked your video and how good you explained everything 👍
Thank you for watching!!!!!
Try using flux core with gas, i use to when repairing industrial bins, comes out pretty damn clean
I like the wip and pause look really good. Fluks core is all I can afford can't afford the bottle. Thanks for the demo of the different styles. Great job 👏👏👏👊👍✌️🙃🇨🇦
You can do alot with flux core!!! Thank you for watching!!!!
I will say if you get the chance to upgrade to solid core with gas sheilding you'll love it!!!!
wip and pause looks the best
I just started welding and I have been going right to left with the puddle behind my nozzle so I can see where I’m going. Is that wrong? I also want to say THANK YOU for taking the time to show the setup. Those “boring” details are essential for us beginners.
Sounds like your dragging it, thats how I do it!!!! Good luck if you have anymore questions please feel free to comment!!!!
I forgot (story of my life now) I liked the W&P weld. I could only hope to get halfway as good!
You got it, ain't nothing but practice!!!
Whip and Pause...💯 .
They're all Badass you're a good welder as teacher, thank you for taking the time to teach us, once again thank you sir 💯
Thank you very much, so glad I could help!!! Thank you for watching!!!
Thanks for the great video. I'm just starting to play with Flux Core. I really liked the helmet with the light. But was not able to find it. I think I followed the right link...
illumiweld.com/?aff=2
Here is the link, its in the description listed under Illumi Weld light . If you have trouble let me know. Thanks for watching!!!!!
I did not realize that it was an add on. I saw it was on a Vulcan helmet and followed that link. Better yet this way. I have a good helmet I can put it on. Thanks! Take care...@@ACDesignsGarage
Brilliant video thank you I wish there were more people like willing to help teach us new to welding
Thank you very much so glad I could help!!!
Great video, Never could get my flux core to behave correctly, now I think I may just get it to do a job that I would want to show people afterwards. Was told that most of the cheap dedicated flux core welders alway leave the factory with the polarity the wrong way round. Need to check mine as it would explain quite a bit.
Yeah ive heard that is a comon problem!!!!
Whip and Pause was the best one to me . Nice video !!!
Thank you, I agree its the easiest to keep consistent with!!!
I like nthe zigzag the best and I just unpacked my own arccaptain m200 . I want to thank you for all of the ideas and the support . Keep up the great job, have good one from Rockford IL.
That zig zag is a fun way to weld I use it alot!!! I think youll love that welder!!!!
Another helpful video. I think I prefer the whip- pause method. I feel like if the metal can take it, id rather be dancing in that root..idk i'm just starting out. But to me that makes sense. Is that the right plane of thought? Thnx again for these videos man. We're all very grateful.
Thank you, the whip and pause is my favorite also!!!
You’re a great teacher. I learned a lot from you. Thank you Sir. 👍👍👍
Thank you very much!!!!!!!
whip and pause is gonna be my go to from what I have seen.
It's my favorite also!!!!
thank you...I'll be back to reference more when I'm in the moment..but it was a great overview.
Thank you very much!!!!
I'm brand new to welding and have the ArcCaptain 130amp on order. I'm hoping to use these valuable tips to get started welding.
That's awesome if you have any questions let me know!!!!
Whip and Pause i am a beginner i use to stick weld and its been a long time and i enjoyed your video
Thank you very much, I like the whip and pause the best myself!!!
Thanks, most informative video I’ve ever seen on welding
Thank you for watching!!!!!
Whip and pause but with my nerve problem it looks like the cursive e. Great instructions video that I have seen in a long time. I just wished I had a shop to do my welding in.
Thank you for watching, I always say do what you feel comfortable with, you'll get your best results!!!
All those welds look great!!! Thanks for the video and it helps me a lot!!!!!
Thank you for watching!!!
Thank you for showing us with patience.
Thank you for your support, hope it helps!!!!!
@@ACDesignsGarage It Will again great video.
THE FIRST WELD I LIKED . BUT ALL ARE GOOd.Great video.
Thank you very much!!!
I have the yeswelder 160 amp 120/240 welder and use the same wire you used in the video with very good results I watched a comparison of flux wire and the yeswelder wire has won each one
Thanks for the info!
Great vid. I plan on getting into Welding soon. I’m completely new and this video was very helpful 🤝
Awesome thank you, if you have any questions please ask!!!!
Thanks for the video.
I think I'm going to work on the fluxcore system.
Thanks for watching, good luck, I need to work on mine also!!!
Whip and pause is my favorite!
Mine to, makes it easier to be consistent with the welds!!!
Excellent tutorial on flux welding! Thank you!
Thank you!!!
I like the cursive weld the best. It looks really nice.
I agree I think the gas mig will make life alot easier for sure!!!
You should put out a course how to talk like you. I sure would like to talk like you do ! Sounds really nice !
Hahahaha
Great instructional video. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and experience. The WP weld looks great !!!!
Thank you very much!!!!!
They all look very good and very nice . I know the equipment makes a big difference also . I mean if one uses junk tools or let me say this , one could make nice welds using ok tools if they know what they are doing . Anyway thanks for the lesson .
Thank you for watching!!!!
That spray makes clean up super easy!!! Thank you for watching!!!!
Buy Pam cooking spray... cheaper than the other.
You got some nice welds there. Thank you for the tips. I enjoyed watching. 👍
Thank you very much and thanks for watching!!!
you sir, are a great teacher. thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.
Thank you very much, I hope it helped!!!
Thanks you for the advices ! Best from Corsica
Thank you very much!!!
Good vid very informative, I have a Lincoln 125 and the welds never look that good, a 200 amp and up I think does a better job than the smaller machines, I have a convertible Sebring that I have been wanting to make a roll cage for would you consider making a vid on a convertible.
You should really try the Fourney flux core wire. It burns so much better than any other wire I’ve ran. You can hear the difference
Awesome thanks for the tip!!!!
I just put a fan on the end of my table takes care of the smoke quite nicely.
Awesome, that stuff is bad!!!
The other welder I was telling you about is HZXVOGEN 250 aluminum MiG welder. Does MiG, flux. Stick, and aluminum with supplied graphine liner for your gun. Amazon
And has same face as our red machines.
People interested in the actual welding can skip the first 20 minutes of this video.
Thanks for watching
It’s people like this that get told shut up and listen the most when they’re training. Good video brother.
All of the patterns look great.
Thank you!!!!
Best informative flux core welding techniques!
Thank you very much!!!!
@@ACDesignsGarageAbsolutely the best!
Dimes.... seems most consistent
Gonna try that soon... thanks!
Fluxcore welding is so easy its like writing slowly with a big marker.
Hahahahaha
I just noticed that you have a picture of a VW bug just that alone is worth subscribing 😆👍
Hahaha yeah I have a 66 vw on airride!!!
@@ACDesignsGarage
Cool, I have a 68 bug
Also have a dune buggy made from a bug.
I get a kick out of the old VW beetle bug commercials 😆👍
Great video! Thank you for making this.
Thank you!!!!
Just did my very first shitty weld after watching this! Thanks!
You got this!!! Just keep on burnin!!!
A auto-darkening hood is better because you don't realize it but flipping your head can over time hurt your neck. Once you buy and auto hood you'll beat yourself for not getting one before now !! 😃
I agree 100%
Great video! Can you please make a video on welding mitred thin square tubing using the stacking dimes method that you used here?
Wow I've learned alot more from you. Thanks again. ❤
Awesome thank you very much!!!!
Both pieces look good
Thank you!!!!
I believe I prefer the whip and pause the best. Great video...
Thank you , I do also!!!
Really great video; all aspects were great.
Thank you very much!!!!
Alot depends on the thickness, but the auto features usually do pretty well!!!
Outstanding vid. Great work!! Keep it up.
Thank you very much!!!
I could listen to him all day
Hahahaha
Best video yet!! Thank you
Thank you very much!!!!
Liked the WP weld😊
Thats my favorite!!!!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
Thank you for watching
W&P is my favorite and nice video ❤
General question for experienced folks, that cheap harbor freight titanium flux core welder would that be ok for securing a winch to my car trailer and then just odd and end bodywork thereafter? I’m almost sure I’ll only weld on rare occasions I’m mostly a diy car trader and fixer upper
Yes as long as it gets enough penetration I would set up your welder with the settings provided on the machine and clean it up very well and you should be good. As long as your confident in your welds!
,great video and look great. I wish I could be so good. Having trouble seeing the weld.
Thank you very much!!! You can do this just start burning wire lol. Here is a video I made a while back that may help you to see better, Ill put the link below hope it helps!!!

Thanks! glad I found ya. Great stuff, I like your style!
Thank you very much!!!!
I like the Whippin Pauls!
Hahahaha
Saying random thoughts as they come and making it up as he goes without proper fancy names for things... he just like me fr🤣
Hahahahaha
i got a tee joint flux welding test today which one would you recommend to use? i was thinking maybe zig zag or whip and pause. Thank you sir!
Sorry for the late response, I don't want to lead you wrong. I do stuff the blue collar way not always the "right way" lol
