Give yourself a better chance by moving 2 cells each to 3 new nucs leaving the rest in the original . Then if only two come back mated you reach your goal. As for the queen cells you need to discount the 3 egg days and the first larva day. Then if weather is perfect she may hatch on the 15 day. So never give more than 10 days if eggs and if a capped cell move then or the next day. good luck with your bees.
