Went to their site to check prices. None to be seen. Would absolutely never ever ever trust a company that's not upfront with it's prices. Been looking at the exxentric, wondering about other options. Hard to imagine making a choice where a salesman is feeding you whatever they want when there are no prices to compare what to what. Past experience has been: businesses not up front with pricing = scams and trouble.
would you do me a favor and list the price for the advanced Ultimate gym in a box. All I see is a place to "enquire now" rather than an actual price. I checked the site again. Had two buddies check it. Had my wife check it. All to see if I was missing something and none of them saw actual prices listed for anything. Only enquire now. @@davidjanbaz7728
Heavy eccentrics will force you to not go into ATG squats as it will be to heavy to recover from. Lighter speed training you can go lower but most athletic activities are done in a 1/4 squat stance. You can use arms to assist in standing from a low squat if you hold onto something like a barbell on a rack.
This is going to apply a more consistent resistance while a resistance band doesn't provide as consistent of a resistance throughout a dynamic movement typically.
I would rather ask what arexthe similarities and answer "none". This does not have the resistance curve of a band, and has a basically limitless resistance from inertia and your applied power.
Can’t believe noticed that they say it’s safer then trad method and the example they use is a ducking smith machine 😂😂 the safest trad method lol they mogged themself in their own video. Brilliant

@@davidjanbaz7728 I sure as shit still cant find them months after these posts. You basically got to negoitiate when going to there site. No thanks
Any specific reason you're doing squats with such a small range of motion? Limitation of the equipment?

Expensive: but a fantastic system and even portable to do at a track along with sprint training.
Oh love the addition of sprint training! It's been a great tool, a lot of bang for your buck with how versatile it is!
I know one that is even smaller much lighter (8kg) and isn't expensive (800€). And it works.
@@Leonidas-eu9bbBrand name!
“Hertz per second” is wrong. Hertz is already “per second,” a frequency. Hertz per second would be an acceleration of frequency.
Flywheel Training is amazing!!
Such a good tool!
Best explanation ive seen so far. Playing with the idea of buying 6 for my gym and using them for a fee based small group class.
This is amazing
We love this thing!
Is there a way to combo flywherl and traditional weights
You absolutely could! The FlyWheel is meant to serve as a tool just like any other piece of exercise equipment! Get after it!
What’s the difference between this and resistance band??

can i put it in my purse?
Now there is an idea!
I prefer smaller and cheaper exercise equipment. And purses are pretty.
