That was actually really funny, great entertainment.
I am 12 year ex Australian military and worked with US Seals a few times years ago, great bunch of guys and we had heaps of fun training with them, nice and professional, great memories. 😊
You guys actually came in Canada for training with us and all I can say is you were amazing people. Love you guys.
MMM WHAT REGIMENT WERE YOU IN
@@johnnyc7424 Are you asking me or Simon up there?
Those "bodybuilders" sound and look like a bunch of annoying preschoolers. Meanwhile, the Navy Seals are quiet and understated.
Dude these guys all had the most dad personalities I wanna see them again!
10:39 bro said “we don’t lift weights to show off we train to kill”……
Seals impressed me being older but it looks like they all had fun
I've been fit but never that powerful
I love this series. Even though they’re all provoking and making jokes about each other you can always feel the respect for the other side.
You should have called Anatoly the cleaner 😂
Absolutely 🎉
Kakaka 😂😂 yeah
He win all event by himself
The amount of people that glaze him are ridiculous, what would they say? "Durrr, Navy Seals ego deflated lmao"
wish i could give that more than one like
The amount of David goggins references is too funny 🤣
It’s not his references. If you’re in the military, everyone uses those references. Goggins isn’t special. He’s overrated.

You sound like a man who can run 100 miles in 18 hours then
@@jchomedog2887sure buddy
@@jchomedog2887cope. you can’t even run for 10 or 20 miles. Your right though. Those are phrases navy seals say.
@@jchomedog2887Always haters in the comments section.
Seals kept knees tucked in close but if you spread your legs width you get more support and you don't have to pick it higher to make it count
I thought I was the only one who noticed
Yeah it's called a sumo lift, and it's always been debated whether it should even count in competition.
Sumo lifts are easier. Seals won that easy because they used conventional, not some cheese lift technique that shouldn't even be considered.
The SEALS quadriceps are not only very strong, but have a LOT of stamina. Other team stood no chance.
@@johnmartinez632 absolutely seals are all rounder they train for extreme conditions not just lift weights to build muscles like other guys those bodybuilders may perform well in social particular exercise or department but in harsh field they're kids in front seals
SEALS absolutely took the deadlift.
These videos are awesome, Not only they're having fun, but in the process they show to normal people like us how strong SEALS really are, and how much respect they deserve.
Its funny how the seals look like men with beards and the gym bros are all baby faced 😂
20 year age difference
Veterans love their beard
Ngl they look very old Fr their age As a European to me the gym guys... they look around 30-35 but im sure they younger , weird
The seals were fast as hell in the boat race. They really came to win! Awesome video. Thank you Seals for your service!!
Extremely big Thank You!
All these guys are bad ass dudes. Props to them all.
Props go to winners. No points for second place.

Average body builders against the best army has to offer and was pretty close so bodybuilders win
Beautiful vibe between these guys. The navy seals will always be special
Thank you seals for your training and dedication to our country. A different type of training for our heroes.
Honestly, the banter, the idea, the people, you’ve not only given gym-rats a better look but also Americans as a whole! Love these videos!
Hooyah
So cool to see this. Props to our vets and military men and women!!
Silly and fun to watch! Thanks for your service SEALS and playing along:)
I loved this, true honest / fun competition with egos put aside!! Great Job Jesse, oh I am a retired US Army veteran of 33 years, not SF but still a Soldier
11:47 the seals are definitely having fun
that deadlift event was insane! navy seals are raw
I don’t know much about lifting weights, but I do know that sumo never counts
The difference between military personnel and bodybuilders is military guys are way more well rounded in their fitness. It’s not just strength but also stamina that’s focused on. I guarantee 99% of military guys could run a bodybuilder into the ground.
"functional strength" I believe it's called
And strategy. That “anchor” on the tug of war…..
an absolute honor for these body builders to even meet these guys, let alone compete against them in games.... At one time I may have aspired to be that kind of warrior, that's past me now.
One of the coolest, funniest videos I've ever seen. The Seals are great for doing this with you guys.
Just proved that Bodybuilders are great in the gym but I am sure glad we have the Seals to protect us 😁 Fun to watch. Nicely done.
Props to both teams for making the video fun
That was a Great Laugh Guys, I Loved watching you all. We have some friends that are seals . Great Group of Men! Thank you for your service, and the video. That was fun to watch.
As a Mechanic myself, I would love to see how a Mechanics Vs BodyBuilders sesh would turn out!
Grip strength? Mechanics.
Any pulling exercise? Mechanics.
Lifting thats any awkward or greasy weight? Every mechanic ive ever known!
Easy dub
I've seen some puny mechanics out there. My money is on the bodybuilders.
@@nbagoats4819puny doesn't equal weak btw😂😂 I know a guy, he's like 6'3" or 6'4" went into army after highschool, he's 19 like me, skinny as fuck at around 195ish and lifts 350 for 25s and his max was 370 for 5s i belive it was last time he sent a video(he made sure it was okay btw). Fof his size and build that's strong as fuck!!
It’s not always about strength. It’s about team belief. Thanks to the Seals and their service!
I agree - but will add that it’s more than that: Our Nation’s military is based on courage, honor, commitment, respect, integrity, loyalty, determination, drive, personal courage, (did I mention “commitment”), and the willpower to push ourselves to our personal breaking point - then continuing to push forward without regard to self (selfless service)!
Well done, Seal Team!!
Those seals were not exactly small. And I bet those muscles are trained for endurance while the bodybuilders train for peak. Their commitment has translated to lots of physical training.
This was probably one of the best TH-cam videos I’ve ever seen in my life. Just a bunch of awesome dudes that respect each other serve our country and encourage health and every aspect of the body. 🇺🇸✊
That was so fun and entertaining to watch, I was cracking up! I love your sense of humor
Teams guys are a completely different breed of man. My best friend was a SEAL, a tough mf.
That seal doing conventional though and getting that much weight… dude is strong af
Also without a belt, straps and standing on sand. Insane.
iv'e met and saw a lot of navy seals and also army rangers--most by a long shot are not big burly guys, just very tough and never give up--most big guys are the first to drop out in rasp or hell week
I like the challenge Seals vs Bodybuilders. I salute all those guys.
Thank you seals for serving our country, you are the hero, love.
2:48 conventional vs sumo.. literally cheating
deadass
ikr 😂
What's the difference? I'm ignorant to body building.
Best entertainment I’ve seen on TH-cam in quite some time! The FROGMEN crushed it! Great job to everyone!
The Seals look like a buff metalcore band.
So can we address form for a second? during the first challenge? Body builders legs are past shoulder width and the NAVY SEAL is shoulder width? 3:06
Yeah, they should've both either done conventional or sumo, not one do one and the other another.
Came here to say this! Not only is the navy seal taller, he’s conventional and the body builder is shorter and limiting his range by doing it sumo. Not an even challenge imo.
Why is this so much fun to watch? Just guys being guys, no drama I guess.
Ew
I just love that you guys look like youre having so much fun.
"tray being the specimen that he is" is CRAZYY
