IAF want to procure aircraft for next 35-40 yrs, F21 has less options to upgrade in future as it's designed 35 yrs back.
Even if India buy's the same, but it will have edge on PAF for less time, to they buy any future aircraft of 4.5 or 5 the Gen only.

But by purchasing from America means we can't put and integrate any other countries weapons and avionics... We have to depend on America only for weapons and engines... That's why...India must go for Dassault Rafael for navy... And mig 35 for Indian Airforce.

No . F21 is a 4+ generation aircrafts not 5th generation & after 6/7 years it'll be useless . As India never use such aircraft from Usa so we have to make a lot of effort & money for building infrastructure. We are developing takas mk2 which will be fully functional at 2028 it's also 4++generation & after few years AMCA will be ready to fly. So we should avoid USA cause one side they upgraded the pakistani f16 & other hand they offer f21 to India.
