Hi Sammy. Thank you for sharing lower carb ideas. Tip to you for the pan that keeps getting stuff stuck, to make your one pot pan, lower the flame, add. Butter and/or liquids needed to make your sauce, the liquids will deglaze the pan and you keep all the flavors.
