Those really motivate me to get going, and show me my mistakes from my previous year of uni, when I did burn myself out. Now I have to pay the price for not realizing this sooner, but oh well, I learned my lesson, and now I know what to do. Thank you Jess. Your videos are always really motivating for me!

i usually try putting away every distraction possible so even though you really need your phone for something, i'm still gonna put it away and just study from my phone later and start studying from my book first...also download "focus keeper" app.. i recently downloaded it and its making me more productive and focused. Hope this helps and good luck!

I am currently in a Year where we don't have any exams or tests, and I don't want to not study because I feel like it will be hard to come back next year. Do you have any tips how to actually get something done when you have nothing assigned? I know I HAVE to do something but because I don't have any work I just feel like it's not needed and put it off.

I think that setting yourself personal goals can be a big motivator! I always find that a deadline can increase our productivity but it's also important to be self motivated, especially as we get older and there isn't anyone to make us work or study :) xx

jess, i'm making my own exam paper for quizzing myself after i study but that consumes so much time. how should i study so that i won't waste my time when i study? i make my exam practice little by little each day but i feel when i make that, i lost my time to study for the actual material. what should i do?

I watch every video of yours and they are quite useful, they have helped me a lot and i have learned a lot of things. you are the best. but unfortunately I still need some advices on how to manage time. I know, it's my phone that doesn't let me study but I'm addicted to it. I just need some tips on how to get rid of phone addiction and start studying. I don't study these days like I used to do. please help me jess please!
oceangirl I'm not Jess, but what helped me was telling my parents when I was going to study, and then giving them my phone until they could see my work and realise that I was done.
