Dividing my study time into blocks is something super hard for me to implement. My mindset tends to be all or nothing - either I'm procrastinating or I'm studying in 6-7 blocks in the middle of the night (thanks IB program haha) I'm unsure how to take breaks without putting myself off task

Hey Jess! This was really helpful video but I would like to know that when I do my homework, should I start from the easiest or the hardest homework? Often when I have done the easiest, I have not so much time for the harder one and sometimes I feel like I have done today enough and I don't need to do that time-consuming and hard homework. But if I start from the hardest I often get frustrated and just give up and then I don't do any homework. So what should I do?
Hi lovely! I think it's important to make a note of all of the work you have to do and see what it most urgent and important. If you have a hard exam to study for the next day then I suggest you start with that first, instead of a project due in a week. If everything is due at the same time, think about how long the tasks will take you and schedule them into your diary like little study appointments :) Just be mindful of your energy and see whether an easier and shorter task might actually help you get into that study zone to begin with :) x
