Butternut Squash Soup | Sautéed Mushrooms

One of the best ingredients I've found that goes very well with butternut squash is mushroom. When done right, sautéed and cooked properly, the mushroom's meatiness and smokiness combined with a velvety butternut squash soup is a match made in heaven. The basic butternut squash soup is great as it is, but sautéed mushrooms truly elevate its flavours.

King oyster
Shitake

Happy to find this channel! Great bg music choice! I recently was diagnosed and I am changing my eating...Heard about butternut squash. I roasted some chopped up but I wanted to learn more...so I searched...and poof your soup recipe popped out! I'm not confident that my lil ole blender can do hot stuff, so what's another way to make the soup?...*waiting with BN squash, 1lb of mushrooms, and an Oster blender from Walmart*...I'm waiting....LMAO - Thanks for the wonderful video 🥰.
