No hair dryer for the wave nouveau cold perm. It even states this on the product instructions. Anyways, it came out looking good.
Do you rinse in between applying step 2 and step 3? You only rinse out Step 1 after it's apply, and step 2 and step 3 before removing the rods?
You have to rinse out step 2 before you apply step 3 the neutralizer locks the curls in.😊
What do you wash the hair with at home.
moisturizing shampoo but should not be shampoo for at least 5 days after application
