Very often, suddenly special accessories ( handbags, coats, etc. ) are "hyped" very much, everybody's trying to get their hands on them, despite of, you'll see it on nearly every third or fourth person when walking in the pedestrian zones because people suddenly feeling the urge to have these items, too...Cheaper brands also do this purpose plus saving money...I always do follow my gutts and my own preferences regarding classic brands and matching different classic colours to them which always will be "en vogue" ( in fashion ) as many wardrobe pieces or accessories are coming back again after a decade indeed. I have seen this so often regarding so many traditional classic brands...Just think of some "leopard"-accessories, like a blouse, a scarf or even a small leopard-patterned "Burberry"-bag ( in 2010 ), back this autumn 2024 again...and "Burberry"-accesories like cashmere scarves and handbags or different "Barbour"-coats I'm wearing for nearly 25 years now, as well because of their beautiful live-long perfect luxurious qualities which are worth the purchase paying it out when you count in the times how often you're wearing these luxury accessories and wardrobe per year. Even tough we are thousands of miles apart in proximity and age, we are living similar lives at the moment. Not only our love for cockers, but I am also going to be making a move soon. I remodeled my childhood home after my parents passed and have lived there for almost 10 years. I always knew I would have to downsize but felt like that would be a few years from now. My area in the US was devastated by Hurricane Helene last month and my house suffered electrical damage. I’ve had to move to an apartment and have decided now is the time to downsize. I’ll have the repairs made as contractors can get to me and then I’ll sell it to a family who needs the space. This wasn’t on my timing but I’m at peace with my decision. I love my house, just like you love yours, so it will be sad to leave it. So happy that all is well with you and Andy….my heart dropped when you said y’all had broken up. Wishing you both the very best as you make plans for your future. Cheers to both of us for finding our next perfect home!

Well let's put it this way, I used to ride a very hot chestnut mare that was more than hot (Anglo Arab) that did like to bite your bum when rugging or tacking up. Apart from that she taught me a lot! Don't blame you for moving but it is tough, and I wonder on the cost of houses down South compared to where you are? Feel for Andy's lengthy travel journey to & fro.
