I'm 50 and have EoE and have been put on an allergy elimination diet and these recipe ideas are so helpful! Also at 50 the weight doesn't drop as easily...I count ounces not pounds now but I'm 10 pounds (4 ounces) down. Please keep these videos up!!!

Good to see that she's healthy and trying to stay in shape, but it's not healthy to not have atleast 7% body fat. When you get older, your muscles will start to eat your body away if there is not enough water & body fat. I had a sister die from that. (Not a real sister, a family friend that I called my sister) she was 44 & weighed 101 lbs. She should about 5'11. Skinny as hell
I’m thinking about going vegan again. I have been eating absolutely awful, I am at the most I have ever weighed, and I know I could be happier. I’ve been binge watching vegetarian/vegan food videos and you’re really encouraging me to want to go vegan again. I just remember feeling absolutely amazing before when I was vegan. I felt good about what I was eating, my body was getting healthier, I was losing weight for sure, I had so much energy, working out on the daily... and I could see how it was benefiting me in so many ways (mentally and physically). There was just so much good in my life in terms of creating good habits and I need to get back to that. I first decided to go vegan due to a documentary (it was heartbreaking), but I went strong because my main focus was health. Then I went on vacation to Mexico and I allowed myself to go back to my old eating habits. I need to take better care of myself and I feel this need to go vegan again. Also, new subscriber over here!! 🙌🏽
@Stryferc yea lol my body is like that, but I’m a little bigger in muscle. I eat Ben and Jerry’s everyday and I’m no vegan. I’m always complaining to my man about more muscle and this and that and he tells me I don’t understand how fit I am already.
I love how much you have improved from when you first went vegan. I remember you were having trouble with weight gain. Same issue I had with going Vegan. I have recently been eating meat but thinking about going back vegan.
It surprised me how little you ate through this whole video. As a vegan who regularly exercises, as you seem to, I find myself eating around 2500 calories or so a day. This didn't seem like it was past 1000.

Che Rhys you can do different kinds of fasting plenty of scripture on different fasts also pray so God can lead you. The Daniel fast meal wise is a good start look it up online versus starting a fast with no food and just water. You can also fast 1 meal once a week I mean it’s not the food intake that matters it’s your heart and fasting as the Lord leads and not for recognition from others...Isaiah 58 is good as well. Fasting not for spiritual goals but just in general I’m sure you can find plenty of resources for that. Hopefully she does a video on it!
yea. your body won't let you starve it to death. if you have 20 30 40 pounds of excess body fat, you can fast for well over a month and be fine. when you get hungry again you know it's time to eat @@AndNowIJustSitInSilence

But first, you shouldn't tell people to drink saltwater for months and second there are people who think they can fast forever because they think they need to, they are disconnected from their body and can therefore not judge when to stop. Don't generalise people and give them uneducated advice. Fasting is not suitable for everyone. If someone wants to fast, they should educate themselves on trustworthy platforms and consult a dietician/nutritionist and not random people on youtube.

I’ve been binge watching vegetarian/vegan food videos and you’re really encouraging me to want to go vegan again. I just remember feeling absolutely amazing before when I was vegan. I felt good about what I was eating, my body was getting healthier, I was losing weight for sure, I had so much energy, working out on the daily... and I could see how it was benefiting me in so many ways (mentally and physically). There was just so much good in my life in terms of creating good habits and I need to get back to that. I first decided to go vegan due to a documentary (it was heartbreaking), but I went strong because my main focus was health. Then I went on vacation to Mexico and I allowed myself to go back to my old eating habits. I need to take better care of myself and I feel this need to go vegan again. Che Rhys you can do different kinds of fasting plenty of scripture on different fasts also pray so God can lead you. The Daniel fast meal wise is a good start look it up online versus starting a fast with no food and just water. You can also fast 1 meal once a week I mean it’s not the food intake that matters it’s your heart and fasting as the Lord leads and not for recognition from others...Isaiah 58 is good as well. yea. your body won't let you starve it to death. if you have 20 30 40 pounds of excess body fat, you can fast for well over a month and be fine. when you get hungry again you know it's time to eat @@AndNowIJustSitInSilence

But first, you shouldn't tell people to drink saltwater for months and second there are people who think they can fast forever because they think they need to, they are disconnected from their body and can therefore not judge when to stop. Don't generalise people and give them uneducated advice. Fasting is not suitable for everyone. If someone wants to fast, they should educate themselves on trustworthy platforms and consult a dietician/nutritionist and not random people on youtube.
