I've always enjoyed this vid.......I used to run MAN trucks on the road in my business,always very good ! Just one question....is there any more up to date hill climb type vids of trucks like this ??
@MPZRACEVIDEO A few years ago we ran a race truck engine on our dyno, it was a CAT C12, modified to peak at 1550brake horsepower!! They are usually rated at about 715bhp MAX for marine use, and it's only able to do this for 5 minutes per hour at this rating. I'm guessing that the race truck engines would not last anything like this long at the power they produce.

I saw my first Truck race in 1987 at Hockenheim, think the 80's are the time they start with truck races in Europe.
Holy Moly thats a powerdrift at about 0:30. That MAN is almost as wide as the track. Wow!

There is a few power-overs on here but the guy never maintained them. The sound of these trucks is pretty awesome though.
