I asked you in a poll what kind of video I should do next, and most of you said a Dean Winchester video. So here it is. A video about my favorite character ever. I feel like I know him so well now. Supernatural has been some journey. I'm still amazed by how many hearts this show has reached. How big the fandom is and how close we all are. It will be hard to say goodbye next season. All good things come to an end, but I didn't realize the end would be near so fast. Time flies when you're having fun I guess...

Dean isn’t fine. He hates himself, because he felt like he failed a lot of people he knew. He doesn’t know how to love himself. “Watch out for Sam.” Dean went to hell for Sam. So I can relate to Dean about the hate inside. We all can because we are all HUMAN. We MATTER.
the worst part is his job is to watch over sam and even sam turned on him

@@anthonyfigolah8642 That was the thing that hurt Dean the most, that even Sam was prepared to turn on him. How much more can a man take.
The ongoing battle Dean endures within is so relatable. We all have a war raging inside us.
Seeing this, made me cry because i can relate to Dean.
Dean Winchester is such an amazing character and should be something people who battle depression look to. He might be fictional but he's probably the only fictional character that battles so much depression, loss, guilt, self-doubt and hatred, etc and keeps on trucking, being the hero that he needs to be. He teaches us that it's okay to feel like this, but it's imperative to keep fighting, one day at a time, one foot in front of the other, fight for once inch, then another inch and another until the battle is won.
Always saying everything is fine, walking away when necessary to hide the fact that he's in pain. The ultimate is saying 'he doesn't matter!' How many of us have said that, yet wake up to another day and just keep going.
That's why I admire him so much, Spn is so much more than just a TV show for me, same goes with the caracters
This is exactly why this show literally is my life obv without the monsters or at least fictional monsters. My brother is a replica of Dean and truly between Deans character and my brother… helped me beat heroin addiction ♥️ I have the utmost respect and love for everyone in and who watch the show💯

Deans is basically a hard depression in person
What I get from most of these edits is
Dean: the broken one that hates himself and wants to die
Sam: the depressed one that no matter how screwed up he or Dean is he see a way out and wants to keep going (as Dean would say) "you see the light at the end of this ugly ass tunnel"
Sam and Dean have had the weight of the world on their shoulders for far too long. I hope they’ll get their well deserved rest in the final season.

@@kaivdm04 not really, they deserved what they wanted, and that’s what they got. Dean went out swinging like he always wanted too. Sam got married, got a good job, and had a family and grew and died old. I’d say that’s well deserved

Dean has a lot of depth to his character. To keep going when you feel and take on so much desolation and hate takes an godly amount of courage and perseverance.
I just wished that the writers made more of this rather than move the character on for the sake of the story/episode. So much missed opportunity.

This is amazing! Dean breaks my heart. He carries so much weight he doesn't need to and guilt for things that were never his fault. He acts all tough and macho, but inside he's just a scared, hurt little boy. I so hope he can find the peace he deserves.

just realised something watching this video~ 15 years long ppl kept telling Dean that he is worth more than he thinks, that he matters ~ people like bobby and sam incl. but it took Castiel to say it for him to realize it~ (and tell God 'that he isn't just a blunt killer') ~ that he worth everything and he can and deserves to be loved~
thank you for the video~ even that it breaks my heart every time I see Dean pretending to be fine but knowing he isn't in any way

This is the only tv show character that I have ever seen a piece of me. Even the way he talks and acts.
Please let the Winchesters be done as hunters already. Let them live the life they want. Living the apple pie life. I don’t want them to die as hunters. Let them die as people who finished the hunting life and have a family. Ending with a family dinner, with Dean and his pie.
I’d love to see these two in some big movies now that the show is going to be over

I can't watch it on Netflix in the UK as the don't show it. I has to access through USA VPN and manage to watch season 14 and 15. I'm just waiting for my boxset to arrive so I can watch all over again. I definitely recommend you to get one. 🙂
