For $30 it will probably work well enough against what the average bad guy on the street will have for a handgun. Nothing else this cheap can do that so I'd say it's a win. But I'd also say to get something better if you can. Thanks for actually testing this instead of just dissing it because of origin or price.
The problem is not that very cheap armor can stop rounds. The problem is you have absolutely no assurance or way of knowing whether the one you buy a month from now will do the same.
I've been buying up 3a 45 layer PE soft pannels for around $25 a piece from various Chinese AmericanMarket sites. They will be top trade items when SHTF. Soft panels are more comfortable and form fitting than the hard plates, but are not bonded just stacked layers, so they're not really multi-hit capable. They will stop a couple standard handgun bullets and save your life, but more than a few and they deform and will fail. You definitely want a trauma pad behind the soft armor. The great thing about the non bonded layers is that you can open them up and cut the sheets to any desired size to make personalized pannels.
But WHICH aliexpresa store is this? That makes a big difference as aliexpress stores can vary wildly! But I think they do a decent job of making sure the $31 armour I'm about ri buy is the right same one, says 60+ sold
Ya I'm getting money as I already got the decent $25 temu plate carrier that actually had spots for front and back plates. May as well get the aliexpress plates. They also have a $28 Uhmwpe soft armour
PE or Kevlar should go behind hard plates FYI. Problem with steel plates is the bullet fragmentation, the bullet disintegrates and pieces slide along the plate to the outside, which is commonly called "spall." All steel plates should have a heavy spall coating or spall cover. There's a reason military uses Ceramic/PE hard plates now.
@@MB-jg4tr yes i have heard this line a million times, literally no one is going around with bare steel plates. fragmentation isnt a serious issue, every brands coating catches the fragmentation. bfd on that ceramic wasnt impressive, thats why a thin cheapo china steel plate would be great simple protection against the bfd. add any soft as well.
I'm so tired of seeing people start with 22's. I get you're fishing for time, but everything stops a 22, almost everything stops a 9mm, let's get into real shit straight away. A heavy coat with epoxy resin spilt on it will stop most handgun rounds.
you're upset that people are using the most common rounds that they'll encounter? did someone put a gun to your head to make you watch this video? pro tip champ, just skip through the video
Ether way you look at it from the 22 round you are fucked don't buy these vest get plexiglass or metal this for your life for you people in law enforcement good luck!

@@1986abuelo Thanks so much! I appreciate that. There's more body armor testing in the works

stoping the Tokarev round is just amazing! not many level 3 A can do that!
You're thinking 2A. 7.62x25 will defeat most level IIA and, sometimes, occasionally, some level IIA.

all the previous rds compromised the integrity of the plate
So you're saying you should just double up?
slap a cheapo steel plate behind that one for the bfd. i wonder how many it would take to stop m193 out of a 20 inch

Gracias por probarlas. Acabo de comprar un par de ellas para mí chaleco táctico. No son muy buenas pero son baratas

No it won’t lol, maybe a 22 but with modern 9mm it will penetrate right through whatever you’re concocting
Double tap to fast forward and stop winning lady
would it be a bad idea to wear 2 plates back to back lol
Lol umm probably be a bit bulky if a plate carrier can even fit them both. Would be a fun test to see
Pour 35 euros c'est actuellement la meilleure protection/pris !!!!👍🟦⬜🟥
