try this with 71 grain fmj i wonder if they flatten a bit or tumble instead of rip the jacket off. plus you can deffenitly make your own cases if you had the die and go longer. lower the pressure in the case and maybe increase the powder more. the round max length is 1.370 inch. i was thinking trim a 9mm mag cartridge down as it handles much higher pressures.

I love Longshot, my favorite all around powder. Those are some spicy loads man, devastating devastation...😂 I'd expect to see that out of a carbine. I have a .355 cast 95gr FP I typically load for 380, but I'll occasionally load them in 9's on top of 6.8gr of Longshot (max charge). They remind me of your Tok rounds here, not quite as fast of course, and a bit heavier. Still absolutely explosive, esp from longer barrels. They're a Lotta fun. Great video, thanks for sharing it.

I've been buying up 3a 45 layer PE soft pannels for around $25 a piece from various Chinese AmericanMarket sites. They will be top trade items when SHTF. Soft panels are more comfortable and form fitting than the hard plates, but are not bonded just stacked layers, so they're not really multi-hit capable. They will stop a couple standard handgun bullets and save your life, but more than a few and they deform and will fail. You definitely want a trauma pad behind the soft armor. The great thing about the non bonded layers is that you can open them up and cut the sheets to any desired size to make personalized pannels.

The problem is not that very cheap armor can stop rounds. The problem is you have absolutely no assurance or way of knowing whether the one you buy a month from now will do the same.

I'm so tired of seeing people start with 22's. I get you're fishing for time, but everything stops a 22, almost everything stops a 9mm, let's get into real shit straight away. A heavy coat with epoxy resin spilt on it will stop most handgun rounds.

I've never scoped a pistol, but that looks downright clean!!! A 210gr hard cast semi wadcutter at 1400fps would be great medicine out to 120 yards or so with that set up for whitetails!!!

For $30 it will probably work well enough against what the average bad guy on the street will have for a handgun. Nothing else this cheap can do that so I'd say it's a win. But I'd also say to get something better if you can. Thanks for actually testing this instead of just dissing it because of origin or price.
