What happens when police (especially which does not fall under the jurisdiction of the court Or which is from other state) does not serve the bailable Or non bailable warrant to the accused?? This is a big problem in issuing warrants.. What's the remedy for fast execution of warrants by police???? Please do reply and explain... Especially it happens in cheque bounce cases

Dear sir if somebody complaint to police station of an offence instead of magistrate
and police file chargesheet to magistrates. Can accused person argue before magistrates that chargesheet to be dismiss
