I used to wonder when listening to judges of various high court and wonder as to is this way to communicate In a foreign language, of which now one cannot call foreign and the way they localise/ regionalise can be avoided by listening good speakers and avoid the embarrassment of it as a lecture should be ultimately impressive and the least to say , this is disgusting as is from a jugge.
