I'm going to make the smoothie without peanut butter (deathly allergic), but will add some cottage cheese to it. I also LOVE Atkins Cafe au Lait, mocha shakes that have real coffee in them. Over the last year I’ve had both hips replaced and my knee is next (Nov 19)- to lose weight since was mobility limited I used the premier powder and water (or a little water and ice) vs premade - easy to transport in shaker and add water later for to go - less calories and cheaper…TFM (motivating) - and move as much as can daily!! I have a major sweet tooth - premier hacks are great for that - Lost 27 pounds!!! ❤❤❤❤

I’m on wegovy , only week 3 but will switch to zepbound in January, trying to get better with logging my foods on my fitness pal. Some days I’m less hungry than others. Yesterday I had 1000 calories leftover for the day so I had naan , cucumber and some of my kids Halloween candy lol! I need to definitely get better about my protein!

Do you have to workout when taking the Burn drink mix?
