Tiffany, I always tell my husband that I wish I was your friend in real life. There is just something so infectious about you, and it's clear how incredible of a person you are. Your raw honesty in this video is going to touch so many, like myself, who have struggled with weight our entire lives. This was such a well stated, honest rendition of your journey. Thank you for being vulnerable and generous with your story. Congratulations on your well-earned success. You look radiant!
I’ve never heard anyone so honest about their weight loss journey. You are doing amazing and you should be so proud of yourself! Congratulations! We’re supporting you all the way!!
Tripped over your video and enjoyed it very much. I have been on GLP-1s since mid-2022 and my diabetes was horrid, I was very sick and had been bedridden for a decade. I weighed 405 lbs when I started. I'm 5'1". Today, my diabetes is in remission, allllll my illnesses are gone (though I do have residual heart and spine issues from being over 300 lbs most of my life) and I weigh 154 lbs. I have lost 60% of my weight on Mounjaro. (I was on Trulicity the first year, MJ since Sept 2023.) An important point: I am considered a super-responder as are my 2 kids also on Mounjaro. Not everyone loses this much, but we are lucky... however, we do work HARD to be healthy now... something that was never possible before. I couldn't walk before and now I lift weights, walk, do resistance bands, and walk, walk, walk. I used wheelchairs, walkers, and canes for 30+ years or so and now can walk 3+ miles a day and still be awake and living life afterwards. I am 63 and was on Fen-Phen in 1995, had an RNY Gastric Bypass in 2001, and these medications are the stuff of miracles compared to those two experiences. While it brings you happiness to hear how good you look, I tend to look into people's eyes. It's the JOY you carry within that I applaud. You call it a journey. I call it an excursion. I will finally be able to be alive to see my 5 grandchildren have kids. I will be able to live a life I never imagined before. And so will you. Keep on walkin', girl!! I am SO happy for you!
I am sooooo happy for you!!! Mounjaro made me very very sick.😢 Unfortunately!! But I LOVE to hear your story. You go live an amazing and beautiful life!!! Congratulations!!!🎉 ❤
Long story short…let’s be a supportive tribe. I paused your video halfway through and told self to get up and walk. I knew I’d regret NOT walking but I wouldn’t regret getting up and doing it. Dogs enjoyed it too. And look….you’re still here waiting on me so now I will finish watching. Keep up the good work because it is work but it pays (off) better than any job I’ve ever had. We can all do the dang thing we just have to be supportive to one another because it goes a long way and we will all trip along the way so it’s nice knowing we have others to encourage us along the way.
I needed this. I didn’t think I did. My ankle just started hurting out of no where. So I thought. I’m a Nurse and I’m overweight. I gave it up because of the looks I would get. Im just in a bad spot right now. My husband is fit. He’s a Marine so he has to be. I once was! I feel like crap all the time I have to go to things with him. Im so sick of being embarrassed. Thank you! I will do what I need to just get moving!
You're a natural at speaking. Not many can speak off the cuff, smoothly, be comfortable and make your viewers at ease. Also kudos on your success! 👍👍👍👍
Tiffany, I hear you and I see you. Thank you for being so true and honest in sharing your journey. I, too, have struggled with weight and trauma for a very long time. The timing of this video was a Godwink. I am ready to create my own weight loss journey. It makes my heart happy that I am not alone. Please know that you are not either. I hope you continue to share if you feel comfortable enough. You are worthy of your journey. Be proud, give yourself grace, and remember the positive impact you are making for yourself and others.❤
I had to go to the dr 2 days ago, because I have been feeling as though I had bronchitis. I saw the scale and my heart sank. I thought I had lost weight. I found this video, as I sit here trying to heal. I think I’ve been making small mistakes in my journey. I am now going to count calories! She is a gem!
Congratulations I too am on a weight loss journey I have lost 46 lbs an am 66 I have had a knee replacement and to have arthritis so I understand your problem just wanted to say congratulations
Hello Tiffany. This is the first time I have seen one of your videos but it won't be the last! Of course the "How I lost 33 pounds" title caught my eye. I am also on a weight loss journey which I am now referring to as my "good health journey". I think whatever method whether it be surgery, medication, keto, etc. works for a person is their personal decision. I have been overweight most of my life and had good bloodwork numbers until I hit my mid-60s when my body finally said "enough" and I became pre-diabetic with an A1C of 6.0. That was my wake up call. I was caring for my husband who was bed and wheelchair bound and I worried that if anything happened to me there would be nobody to care for him. I went on one of those "weight loss center" diets initially and it gave me the jump start weight loss that I needed to motivate me. I then started my own healthy eating plan. Figured out what foods I really liked that kept me within my calorie and carb goal. I am now striving to eat as little processed food as possible and as many healthy vegetables and proteins and a minimal amount of grains. I have found that this greatly reduced my cravings. When my husband passed away last December I lost some of my motivation and went back to my old ways. A few weeks ago I somehow got in control again and am doing this for me. You have motivated me to add back more movement, something I have been lacking! Thank you!!! And by the way, since this is my first video, I don't know what you looked like before, but you are absolutely beautiful now both in looks and spirit.
Tiffany you are absolutely gorgeous, gorgeous. I'm so proud of you for showing yourself love and taking care of yourself. I went through menopause and could not loose any weight at all, but kept gaining. I was starting to feel defeated, then my friend told me about Wegovy. I started it back in October of 2023 and I have lost 50 pounds. I feel great in my own skin again and I'm loving me. Be encouraged to be you and keep on keeping on. You are bringing hope to others by just being you. Keep being the light. I absolutely love your content and I get so much done around my house while you are playing in the background. Many blessings from Texas
You got this. It is a journey that you are on. You shouldn't ever have to apologize for your content. I have been on a journey myself. You are so encouraging. Keep up the great work.
You Never looked that heavy. All I see is a beautiful woman inside and out. You have so much confidence. I’m happy for your success. I struggle. I feel your pain.
Your beautiful authenticity is soooo refreshing! I relate on so many levels and watched this with tears in my eyes. It’s hard but we are worth it! Please keep us updated with the journey, bumps and all!
Congratulations Tiffany!! I have lost 82 pounds on mounjaro/ Ozempic. As a cardiac patient it’s been a life changing experience for me. Keep up the good work. And keep your subbies posted ❤.
I have about 40 lbs to lose. I have NAFLD, high BP, hypothyroid and my Dr suggested I get on Monjauro. But I'm afraid to. I've heard so many bad stories and bad side effects from it.😳
@@DianaLynn45the overly high dose is what causes problems… stay low and slow. I’ve not heard problems when it’s kept nice and low. And, if the low dose works, you never have to increase the dose( with compounded anyway… it’s usually Ins that forces the upward titration)
@@conniebillingsley3758 I'm 68 with type 2 diabetes. I tried monjauro and started with the low doses. It was terrible the second day after the injection I would start throwing up for hours. I didn't stop until everything was out of my stomach. It was terrible for me. Stopped immediately.
Amazing!!! I'm so very proud of you!! Weight loss is so hard and exhausting!! I am 60 yrs old and over weight..I am been trying too loss weight as well..I have extreme anxiety it is so bad, I have never had anything like this but I am an only child and I lost both my parents within 2 yrs we were very close!!! I have a bad knee and arthritis in my knee Sometimes it so hard too walk..but I just need to also loss some weight..Ive lost 40lbs now, but its not enough..Im so afraid too get diabetes or an heart attack..Please keep sharing your journey with us..Go Girl!!! Love your videos!!! Congratulations!!!!
Perimenopause is AWFUL. No one prepared me at all for this, I only heard about menopause. I’m Right there with ya girl!!! You are doing a wonderful job, and so sweet.
Hey beautiful lady! I'm so happy and proud of you! It takes a big heart and a strong soul to get on You Tube and share your private, personal weight problems. You are such a special woman to share your weight journey with us. You look absolutely stunning! Keep this weight journey going as the more weight you lose the better your health is going to be. I'm praying for you Tiffany as this is about your HEALTH for you and your family. Looking great my sweet friend! One day at a time! 👏🤍🙏
Same here!!! I remember trying to gain weight when I was younger because people made fun of me for being so small. I'll be 50 in December and in the last 5 years or so I keep gaining weight. My ankles are swelling. No ONE warned me of perimenopause.
My cravings hit me late at night. Right now it's ice cream sandwiches. I've gotten better lately and am eating a bowl of Raisin Bran to cure my sweet tooth
Happy for you Tiffany, you are looking amazing. I'm a type II diabetic and have been on Mounjaro since 7/1/23 and I'm down 93 pounds. I workout 3-4 times a week and I feel so great. Congrats on your journey ❤
Normally a silent viewer here. You’re beautiful inside and out, this is so inspiring! I love all your content, it always lifts my spirits and feels like hanging out with a friend. Thanks for sharing your story. ❤
Tiffany, this was so brave of you to share your story. You have always been beautiful, but now you just glow! I am so happy for you!! I have struggled with weight since college, my highest weight at 185. I did everything also to get down to 145 over the years, weight watchers, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, Slim Fast (dating myself, LOL), and low carb. I would lose the 40 pounds, but then crave foods I felt deprived of and eventually gain it back, so I get it. At 62 years old (I am 66 now), I just decided to just eat what I wanted, but in smaller quantities, stop torturing myself and I got down to 165 lbs and have been for 4 years. I feel healthy and comfortable and like you said, that is what counts. 💗💗💗
Wow! You are amazing! Our stories are very similar, listening to you brought tears to my eyes. I've struggled with my weight most of my life. There were 2 years in my 20's when I successfully lost weight with Weight Watchers and managed to keep it off. After that, marriage and babies came along and so did the weight. Now, in my 50's, I am at my highest weight and would like to loose 100 lbs but would be happy with 75 lbs. I also have childhood trauma around my weight and arthritis in my ankles, feet and hands. Trying to walk long distances is a struggle. Like you said, after I've pushed myself for a few days the pain in my feet is so extreme that I have to plan a few days for recovery. I've owned a recumbent bike now for 4 years and I've only ridden it twice. 😞 Listening to you has given me renewed hope. I've been avoiding going to the doctor because of my health problems but I feel encouraged to make an appointment with him and with the nutritionist. Thank you for sharing your story and for your honesty. I look forward to updates on your progress.
My highest weight was 255. I started Mounjaro this time last year after being diagnosed as a Type 2 diabetic. But now I am no longer morbidly obese. I am in the Normal Weight range at 155. I am 52 and 5’9. I have posted videos every Saturday morning about my weight loss since beginning my journey. I am so happy for you speaking about your journey. People can be so mean. You are one of my favorites by the way.😊
@@HeidisHereAndThere they have been great and I am now relatively healthy. In fact, I have a new check up in the next couple of weeks with my doctor which I’m excited to see what those numbers are as well. And I share everything like this on my channel.
I think we can all relate to this. I got pregnant, had twins. Then covid. Bam! Couldn’t leave the house, trying to be a good mom and make my husband’s job work as he is an essential worker. I have an autoimmune disease so we had to be extra extra cautious. Covid was a difficult time. I felt like all we could do was eat. Anyway, I’m so proud of you! This journey won’t be easy but will be so worth it!!! I think you’re beautiful, inside and out! ❤
Thank you for sharing. I am 53 and I have struggled most of my life to lose weight. Food is like a comfort to me for everything. Every emotion is food related. You are amazing.
This is the first video I have seen of you. Oh my! So happy for you that you have found such success after a long struggle. Your story sounds so familiar to me. I have gone through so much of the same things. Thank you for being so honest and sharing your experience. It is so helpful to hear what is working for you. I have been on medication for a year now, and have lost 50 pounds. I still have more to lose. I will be turning 62 next month. So happy for you that you are turning things around for yourself at a younger point in your life . Sharing your experience will help so many. I will continue to follow you and support you in your journey.
From a Missouri girl here, I wish I lived close to you, because I just know we’d be friends! You’ve always been so relatable and your transparency is so refreshing. I’ve always been an “emotional eater.” Happy, sad, excited, angry, bored… I eat. The food noise has always been loud for me and it’s taken a lot of work inwardly to address the outward coping mechanisms I’ve chosen through the years. You look beautiful and I’m so proud of you for putting the work in.
Tiffany, I love you even more that you shared this! I was 265 pounds when I was 19 I lost 125 pounds all those decades ago I’m 52 now. I’m so proud of you that you’re taking care of yourself and setting such a good example for your beautiful family.
Awesome!!! As a nurse I had so many reservations about these meds but they are really amazing and changing lives. This is a wonderful video and please keep posting about your journey ❤️
Congrats on your weight loss. I’ve lost 45 pounds over the last 20 months. I want to lose 40 more pounds. Still on my journey. Thanks for sharing. It’s an encouragement to me!
Congratulations Tiffany! I have been on a weight loss journey my whole adult life. I’ve always been 20-30 ish lbs over my goal weight of 125. I was a WW leader for years in the Denver area but quit when we moved up to Breckenridge 7 years ago. I know the struggle. I wanted to tell you how proud I am of you. You look amazing. And you inspired me to step up my game on my workout routine. I will be 60 in a few months and I want to keep moving my body in order to stay fit and healthy in my senior years. Again you are beautiful, and congratulations!
I went to the doctors yesterday and my blood pressure and weight was right up there. Your video couldn't have come at a better time. I downloaded the walk fit app and completed my first workout and joined the 28 day challenge. I am going to do this! Thank you so much for inspiring me, I really needed it! :)
Congratulations on your weight lose! I know what you mean about dealing with trauma as a child/teen! It took me till I was in my sixties to deal with being attacked by boyfriends of people I babysat for when I was taken home! My mom and dad dealt with it but I cannot stand men that act or look like these males and I didn’t realize it till my sixties! My mom told the women I babysat for that I couldn’t babysit for them anymore and they didn’t believe me that it happened in which I don’t care, I’m not going to be attacked! So this among other things, thyroid, hormones, hysterectomy all have played a part in my dealing with trauma! Thanks for sharing your journey and look forward to your progress that is helping me and so many! God Bless you!
Thank you for sharing. ❤Whilst I’m not discounting your anxiety, the feeling of missing out and then bingeing that you described is the classic restrict/binge cycle that diets trigger in almost everyone. Restricting any food group / dieting works against our human drives and our bodies will make us eat!! Diets are 💯 counter productive!
❤ Thank you for sharing your journey. I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome in 2018 and at the time I was insulin resistant. My A1C was 6.0. I joined a diabetic prevention program at my local hospital. It was a one-year program, I did it for 2 years and got my A1C down to 5.2 and lost 70 lb. However, due to the pcos, my prolactin level rose which made me gain all 70 lb back. Then in January of 2023 I joined my hospital's bariatric program at the request of my primary care physician. And almost a year later, I'm almost 100 lbs down and my PCOS is stable, and my A1C is normal.❤
Congratulations! I am on mounjaro as well and have lost over 80 pounds. It has been so life changing for my health. Thank you for being so honest. I've had some rude comments over taking mounjaro, but I needed help. Keep it up girl!
Hi Tiffany,I have also recently started taking Mounjaro for weightloss and it is amazing, no craving, no food chatter happening in my mind,it is such a relief. Im so happy you shared this. I also had tried everything and was menopausal and nothing was helping at all. I hope people are kind about your decision to use it. We all walk our own paths in this journey. Congratulations on your weightloss ❤️🙏🌹
Tiffany! You are beautiful and have a huge heart . I have never commented on your posts but felt my compelled. Keep up the the good work and I wish you the best. You are such an inspiration 😊
Thank you for your transparency!!! I too am on a weight loss journey using injections and I have seen great results in my energy levels and my body. This is not vanity; it for my health and heart. Keep being an inspiration to others and to yourself. Thank you
You go girl! That is so awesome! My husband has lost over 40 lbs with the assistance of meds due to Type 2 diabetes. Me on the other hand have gained weight. I am like you with arthritis, one partial knee replacement, hurting feet etc. I am 20 yrs older than you but this video has motivated me. Thank you.
I’ve been waiting for this. You inspire me ,my sweet friend. Thank you for being the voice for the thick little girls like me. You look FABULOUS! God bless you for your honesty.❤️
You’ve given me motivation! Your story seems exactly like mine when it comes to health. I am struggling and I’m only 29, I weigh close to 200lbs I really need help. You’re kind and bright and you remind me of my late mom in many ways. Someone I want to be around and look up to. Thank you thank you thank you! ❤
Tiffany I am so proud of you. I, too, have struggled with my weight. I lost mine 3 yrs ago, unfortunately not in a good way. I had breast cancer but praise God they were able to get it all and with chemo and radiation I am cancer free. But I still have to watch my weight or I would probably gain it back. Best of luck on this journey in your life. I love your videos. I can relate with the education. My first husband was a teacher, coach and principal in a high school, and 2 of our 3 daughters were teachers , a granddaughter, a niece, a stepdaughter and others. One of the daughters became a principal. Our prayers are always with your family❤
What a beautiful, honest, inspiring and motivating video. Thank you so much Tiffany. I commented before your closing…..I just have to say bravo for posting this video. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I am SOOOOO proud of you! And I hear ya about childhood trauma…still dealing with it and I’m 72. You are right…trying to be happy with your body AFTER the trauma is so difficult! I’m cheering you on!
You go girl! You seem so happy, I started my weight loss journey July 2023 and have lost 45 pounds. I did not think I could lose the weight. Congratulations!!!!
Let me just say that I am so, so very proud of you for putting this out there. Being vulnerable like this is never easy, let alone when doing it on social media. I, too, come from a place of childhood trauma. This has led to my comforting myself with food and linking anxiety and trauma to the place food has in my life. I also have taken Mounjaro, but since I am not pre-diabetic, and my BMI is not as high (because I've lost over 50 lbs), I no longer qualify for insurance. I have transitioned to a different type of weight control medication, but I have noticed a difference since not being able to do the injections. I will need to be vigilent about what I eat, when I eat it, and like you said, calories in/calories out. We are so, so similar my friend! I have degenerative arthritis, I have suffered in the past from plantar faciitis, which is debilitating, so I also ride a bike. I will say that seeing you do this video has inspired me to get back to it, as I had been lax since we moved last Spring. Stay the course. You are doing great, and you look fabulous!
Congratulations on your weight loss journey. I have had both knees replaced and am pre-diabetic. I started Ozempic the end of December 2023 and have lost 31 lbs. It does make you feel so good when you have clothes you hung onto because "some day" you will loose weight and fit in them. And now I do.
Please add GLP1 to your video title. I almost skipped your video but what a gem I would’ve missed. It will be so helpful for people like me who are searching for GLP1 testimonials and reviews.
I'll give you one... as a separate post... but know that I have lost 60% of my starting weight in 2.5 years. Started at 405 lbs at 5'1" and am now 154 lbs. My life on GLP-1s has saved more than my body, but my mind, spirit, and of course, life!
I listened to your video for the first time, and I really appreciated how honest you were about your weight and your journey to losing your weight. Love it. God bless you.❤❤❤
I’ve been on weight loss medication for 41/2 months and have lost 37 lbs I’m proud to have it but you are so right about watching calories my dr told me basically what your dr said and it’s working for me too! Keep up the good work!
I just found your channel and I’m very grateful! One thing that has been helping me a lot is doing a 10 minute walk after meal. It helps with the insulin resistance and I get steps in whatever the weather is. Caroline Jordan has some very good ones here on TH-cam. Thank you for sharing what has been helpful to you! You are very inspiring!
I was dying 😂 about the cat! But for real. You are just the most lovely and genuine gal. I’m so very happy for you. You are just simply amazing….being a wife, a mother, a beautiful homemaker, chef, entertainer, full time school therapist, and TH-camr!!! And now an active foxy lady😜 . I just adore you. I swear you could do a video on anything and I’d love it. U have such a way about you. You are just gorgeous and deserve to feel that way. I’m so happy u are feeling good! U deserve all the happiness in the world❤️😮
Congrats Tiffany- Ive been a viewer for a REALLY long time- way. back in planner sticker shop days and have loved watching you. I am on the weight loss journey and have lost 130 lbs ( started like you in the 260s). Its taken almost two years but Im at a healthy weight for my height/age and in a size 4 from a 20! Keep going girl! You are beautiful and will feel so good along the way.
Thank you Tiffany for opening up about your weight loss journey! It’s certainly nothing for you to be ashamed of but on the contrary, pat yourself on the back and keep those feet walking. I am sure your family is so proud of you too. Speaking from someone who also has fought weight all my life and also being a 72 year old woman, the 2 important reasons you are doing what you are doing is to make sure you take care of your health, believe me your body will thank you as you age! The other is that you do this for no one other than for Tiffany, it keeps your mental health happy and it shows to everyone. Best of Luck.
Thank you for sharing your story regarding your weight struggles. I am quite a bit older, but our stories are very similar. I had to quit my job with the school district after 20 years because my osteoarthritis in my hip and knees had gotten to the point that I couldn't work anymore. I have to lose weight in order to get a hip replacement, and after being off work now for 3 years, I still have not been able to shed the weight. Sharing your story is an inspiration, and I appreciate it. I am currently trying Contrave for weight loss, but it's actually helping with my pain more than anything. My next step is trying the tirzepatide. Please keep us updated on your progress. Love your videos.❤
Hey Tiffany thanks for sharing your weight loss journey with us. I got diagnosed with Lupus and arthritis last yr and have gained so much weight. Also due to thyroids and premenopausal. I have struggled with my weight because I’ve always been no more than 120 lbs. And it’s been hard to lose some weight I’m stuck between 150 and 160 drives me crazy. I have days when I’m super motivated and days when I have no motivation whatsoever. Hearing your story encourages me to keep going and not giving up. So proud of you chica. God bless❤
Thank you for your honesty and sharing your story with us. It’s not an easy thing to do. You look wonderful and I so hope that you reach your goals! You should you be so proud to of yourself!
I’m so very proud of you making the decision to improve your health. Keep up the great work. It will contribute to your longevity and time with family and grandchildren!!!!
You are looking wonderful and I so appreciate you being transparent and sharing your journey with us. I have always fought my weight and I almost feel like you were describing me for the most part. I have been declared a diabetic and I do take blood pressure medication too. I weigh 253 pounds and I am going to talk to my doctor about something for weight loss. I love the idea of counting calories instead of carb management. I am going to try the fitness program you mentioned. I appreciate and applaud you sweetie. Thank you for being real and sharing this side of you.
Oh girl, I’m a bariatric patient, the struggle is real. My initial surgery I was able to lose 70+ pounds. Now I’m at a point where I just want to give up on life. Losing the weight gave me my mobility back and I’m so grateful. I felt like a new person being able to walk long distances. I worked my way up to two miles per day about 5 days a week.I’ve almost completely given up. My sister had the same surgery and is a total success. I feel on the other hand am a total failure. Which brings back memories from my childhood being compared to her in school, and my whole life. I definitely need a friend to talk to!
Don’t give up! You can do it! My friend had it done 3 years ago and is still sticking to her food plan she was given by her nutritionist. Go back to that. You can do this! Just go back to what you know works. Baby steps. Change one thing each week. Get to your doctor. You didn’t go through that huge surgery for nuthin! Heck no! You’re gonna fix this!😊 This is not your sister’s journey. She is on her own journey. Only be around those who encourage you. C’mon! 70lbs! Wow!
I agree with everything that Jannie said. You got this! Don't compare yourself to your sister, this is your journey. Look how far you've come! That's amazing! I'll say a prayer for you.❤
No excuse but when you are a mom we don’t take time for ourself. Children require so much but I would not send mine back. We just have to carve out time for our self. Be very proud that you are making progress. I am now 77 and in the past 2 years I finally lost 80 pounds. I have come to a stand still and still need to lose 30 more pounds. I am a sweet lover and it’s hard to stay away from them. I have bad arthritis but I do sit down exercises and that helps me feel better and has made a difference. You are smart to do this at a young age get age! God bless you and stay on track you are a beautiful girl!
Ask for wegovy or ozempic. I had bypass 15 urs ago, gained most of it back.. had a revision 1 yr ago and am taking Wegovy and lost all of the weight I gained!
I am so happy for you, Tiffany! I think of you as a dear friend, and look forward to your videos. In 2021 I became very sick, could not keep anything down, and doctors could never find a cause for it. I was even hospitalized at one time because I became so ill. I went from 205 to 128 in 5 months. Of all foods that I could keep down finally was ice cream. I began to regain weight and am now at 195. I have been so disgusted with myself for regaining weight and despise myself for regaining the weight. I have renewed hope now listening to you. I hurt my hand, arm, and shoulder recently when I fell and hit the wall instead of the floor, and found out this week that I fractured my clavicle in that incident. So at the moment exercise is not possible, but soon. Thank you, Friend, for sharing your journey and your struggles. Sending you and your family love and prayers from Texas ♥️🙏
Congratulations Tiffany, keep it up. I myself have been on ozempic for 3 months and have loss a little over 10 pounds. Slowly but surely. I have some health issues from afib, diabetes, high cholesterol, mingrane, and gastric lesion. I'm also anemic and ever since I started ozempic my labs are getting better and better. I'm 5'8 204lbs I started at 215.5lbs I couldn't be happier. I support you and I'm beyond proud of how far you have come. Thanks for sharing with us
Tiff, I’m just SO PROUD OF YOU! I have this resounding EXCITEMENT for you! I was 84 inches around the waist- that’s 7 feet wide! What I discovered is, fasting & ketovore helped me so much! Here’s how I worked myself up to fasting- if I normally had breakfast at 10, I had breakfast at 11 (tapering, basically). I found that sugar, butter, heavy whipping cream, and cheese (except feta), caused me to stall no matter what calorie deficit I was in, which I found, interesting! I’m now 137lbs! I’m 5’2. Sending you all of my love & encouragement💗🙌🌸☀️. 🤍Tiff
Congratulations...I was on Ozempic,, but chose to stop last December when i had the flu. Weight did come back some. It did teach me how to eat better and that helps. I truly understand the past following you and the pain of the body and having to still make a day with work and family. Again keep pushing. TFS. 🥰
Tiffany I think this was my favorite video you've ever made! You got such good advice from your doctor and nutritionist and you know, maybe it takes time and maturity for things to click in our heads. I've been on the other side of the coin for a year now, developed gastric issues, lost 2 sizes in clothing, and just this month, I think we've finally got the answer! Now on special antibiotics for a bacterial infection in my gut which has caused ongoing suffering and I think we nailed it! Tiffany you shared so many important insights here that will be of strong value to your viewers, particularly about how childhood trauma can rear it's head at the most unexpected time. As I sat here listening I found myself nodding in agreement with all the connections you made. You've done SO well on this journey, Tiffany. You considered all of your options and I am SO happy you're succeeding! Now on to the good stuff...you look FABULOUS, HEALTHY AND HAPPY! Your inner life is reflected in what you project. You've always been fun and real, but these days you are simply glowing from within! It shows, Tiffany! Isn't it fun to choose new clothing that you never thought possible? I have to tell you, during my miserable journey here of skinniness due to gut illness, one great thing happened. I was able to have my photo taken in my 50 year old wedding dress! I treasure those photos! Let me gift you some pricey shoe brands here to help your hurty feet: Birkenstocks, Alegria, Dansko, and Vionic (they have flip flops!). Buy them on Zappos for free 2 day shipping and free returns up to a year! Your feet will love any of those brands! Dansko's are the clogs you see your medical folks wearing. I can literally walk 12 hours in them and my feet feel amazing. A little tricky to learn to walk in so save those for another time. Upward and onward, Tiffany! You're doing GREAT! 🌻
I recently found your TH-cam channel and I love it! You are such a cheerful, inspiring and beautiful person inside and out! Keep plugging away with your weight loss journey.🙏❤️
I am SOOOOO encouraged by your weight loss journey, it has really helped me to step up and get the weight off. The other day, I went back and watched your fall videos from last year, and noticed how much smaller you have gotten. You are beautiful at any size, but I am so glad you are taking care of yourself! I mentioned that I am on a wieght lost journey, too. I have been working on it since right after Christmas. I want to lose 85 pounds. There is absolutely no shame in how you lose the weight! I love your channel and thank you so much for doing them. I do miss them when you don't put them out, but I also know that you must do what works for you. If I miss ya, I go back and watch an oldie :) I will pray for your journey and may your body be a fat-burning machine!!! Love ya!
Thanks for the videos. I am down 13 pounds. Weight loss has always been up and down for me. I also have trauma in my past. Praying that you continue to loose. Its a slow process for me. 😊
I love your channel. You are such a wonderful person…soft spoken…I appreciate that you self disclose and really let us in your life I caught an older video of you and your husband…I love your dynamics together. I just enjoy watching seeing your beautiful family and home. I’m an old lady and you are a ray of sunshine. 😊
I’m so honored that you shared you are sharing your journey with us. Coming as well from childhood trauma I have the same relationship with food. You are rocking this my friend.
Thank you for sharing, Tiffany. 😊 I really appreciate your authenticity, and honesty. I know that sharing your experience with us, (physically and emotionally), will really benefit all of us on our journey, as well. 💜
Tiffany, thank you for sharing your story. I have been on a VERY similar journey, just without the major surgery, and have felt pretty alone. I have been hesitant to talk about it myself because of all of the negativity. I am also insulin resistant and pre-diabetic, and my cholesterol was terrible. I started Monjauro about 7 weeks ago and I feel light years better and have lost 19 pounds. I track what I eat in MtFitnessPal and move my body 3-4 days a week. I am so thankful for this medication and I send all of my love and support to anyone on their weight loss journey, regardless of how you are going about it - each of our stories are different and we all deserve to be successful and happy!! So proud of you, friend! ❤
Thank you so much for your openness in sharing your journey. Truly inspirational! I watch all your videos and have definitely noticed the change you're working so hard on. I too am on a weight loss journey and currently on 5mg of Zepbound. I am currently 22 pounds down after two months. Please continue to share your journey with us. We can do this!
Thank you Tiffany for being so vulnerable and sharing your journey. I’m sure this wasn’t an easy video to make. You are doing so well and you are going to be such an encouragement to others. Especially people who have also had past trauma in their life.
Tiffany, you are the real deal. My story is so similar to yours. I too have been overweight for many years until I took mounjaro & lost 85 lbs. I so appreciate your honesty & hope you continue to be successful on your journey!
It makes me smile just hearing your happiness in your voice in sharing your weight loss accomplishment so far. Your so right that it’s for our health, because no matter how thin or thick we are, we are who we are inside always. I look forward to any more on this you choose to share. ❤
I just found your channel and feel like I’ve found an old friend! I love your openness and honesty and how genuine you are. I’m looking forward to going back and watching all of your previous videos and all of the new ones to come! Congratulations on the weight loss and being such an inspiration!
Hello !!! I just watched your video and wanted to say thank you so much for taking the time to share this with everyone (me)❤️❤️❤️ You are the best - keep up the good work girl and we’ll be right here with ya!!
Thank you for sharing your personal journey with us. As many others have commented, I too am on a weight loss journey and have dealt with weight issues all my life. I too have always been thick. I visualize myself as lean and strong. Sending you best wishes on your weight loss journey 🤗💕
She's the Real Deal!°❤
You look fantastic
Keep it up!
Tiffany, so happy for you. I agree you are a lovely lady and no matter your size you are beautiful.
I couldn't agree more with this.❤
I agree
@@ginajohnson7485 Thank you so very much!
This just made my day. I am so happy for you!!
Me too, glp 1 for the WIN!
Thanks for sharing . I am sure your journey will inspire others. You are looking great !! 🎉🎉🎉
Agreed 💯%!!!!
What a heartwarming motivational video. Please keep sharing your journey with us. Your enthusiasm is infectious. You’re glowing. Great job!
Wow, thank you!!! I see you, too. We are in this together, always.
I am literally in tears. Such an encouraging and honest video. So many good things I can say about this video.
You got this!
WTG, to you, too Suzie. Forty-six pounds is an awesome loss!
Congrats would you share some tips I am 64 and need to lose several pounds thanks and keep it up!
You can slow down gastric emptying and reduce stomach size naturally with intermittent fasting and high protein diet.
Wow, thank you
So true, you are a beautiful woman, all I see is the content and your amazing work. Also how beautiful you are, weight was never on my mind
Your beautiful authenticity is soooo refreshing! I relate on so many levels and watched this with tears in my eyes. It’s hard but we are worth it! Please keep us updated with the journey, bumps and all!
Thank you so much!!
@@jenniferandpauljones6998 omg I was teary too!
I've heard so many bad stories and bad side effects from it.😳
@@DianaLynn45 it has changed my life.
Did it effect your kidney function, a friend’s sister had a 30% decrease in her kidney function.
Right there with ya girl!!!
You are one of my favorites by the way.😊
Congratulations to you Jennifer!!!! Great job!!! 🎉👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
How is your bloodwork, A1C, Inflammation markers? 🤔 Have you shared those on your channel?
So when you reach your goal weight do you stay on the medication? Does your Dr still prescribe it? Thanks
@@Carole712 Thank you!
The cat in the pantry is cracking me up!
Congratulations Tiffany. I am so proud of you and thank you for the motivation ❤
Tiffany you are such a motivation to so many people. You look great. We need more people like you in this world!!
Congrats on your weight loss. I’ve lost 45 pounds over the last 20 months. I want to lose 40 more pounds. Still on my journey. Thanks for sharing. It’s an encouragement to me!
Oh how I love this vulnerable REAL side of you ….so proud of you ❤️❤️
Congratulations Tiffany!
I am also on Monjauro and it has been life changing for me, too. I see you, friend. Keep up the awesome work - you deserve health and happiness!
We got this!!
Thank you
You got this!!
U deserve all the happiness in the world❤️😮
Congrats!!! You go girl!!! I am cheering for you. You are awesome! Keep up the great work.😊
Congrats Tiffany- Ive been a viewer for a REALLY long time- way. back in planner sticker shop days and have loved watching you.
You got this!!

I just started WW this week. Please keep the weight loss videos coming ! You are encouraging to me ! It’s the small things ! I love it ! ❤
C’mon! 70lbs! Wow!
@@janniestanley Thank you so much for the encouragement!
Did u get ur thyroid tested? Hope u get to ur goals ❤ 😊
You look awesome! Keep up the good work!
Thanks for sharing with us
You look healthy and glowing girl ❤
🤍Tiff
Please keep us up on your journey. Your honesty about your journey can help so many others (me…).
Such an honest and inspiring video. Thanks for sharing these details. And congratulations on your success!
The foods we eat CAUSE inflammation! Literally EVERYTHING!
If I miss ya, I go back and watch an oldie :)
I will pray for your journey and may your body be a fat-burning machine!!! Love ya!
Thank you so so so much!! We got this!!!
Thank you for being so transparent. This sounds like so many women in our society. Bravo 👏

Thanks Tiffany, you are so real and honest and that in itself is so helpful. 💛
Thank you for sharing, Tiffany. 😊
I really appreciate your authenticity, and honesty.
I know that sharing your experience with us, (physically and emotionally), will really benefit all of us on our journey, as well. 💜
You are such an inspiration. I struggle also with my weight. So proud of you.
Tiffany, I am so proud of you! You have worked so hard and keep it up. You can do it!! ❤😊
Tiffany, I’m so happy for you!! You look great! I have been with you for a long time! Love everything about you!! Keep it up! You are amazing!!
Thank you Tiffany for being so vulnerable and sharing your journey. I’m sure this wasn’t an easy video to make. You are doing so well and you are going to be such an encouragement to others. Especially people who have also had past trauma in their life.
Tiffany, I am so proud of you! Keep up the fantastic work, your doing amazing! ❤
Tiffany, you are the real deal. My story is so similar to yours. I too have been overweight for many years until I took mounjaro & lost 85 lbs. I so appreciate your honesty & hope you continue to be successful on your journey!
Thank you for being transparent. It’s not easy putting yourself out there but you are helping so many of us. ❤

Thank you for sharing your personal journey with us. As many others have commented, I too am on a weight loss journey and have dealt with weight issues all my life. I too have always been thick. I visualize myself as lean and strong. Sending you best wishes on your weight loss journey 🤗💕
