Hi Peter Finn , Loves your videos . recently bought a corolla . Your videos helps a lot. Gonna save some money instead let a mechanic to charge me 2-3 hours job for $300 not including parts . Love your humble teaching and guides.
Dear Peter, the hole on the disc (covered by a rubber plug) is the adjusting hole. You don't need to take off the disc every time to adjust the special screw. Anyway, thank You the video. I'm looking forward the next ones.
hello, in 26:40 minute you insert 2 bolts to remove disc. what size mm is the bolts? very good video, thank you Edit: you can put a flathead screwdriver through the hole in the disc (the hole that has the rubber part) and move the cogwheel to loosen the disc from the brakes inside. I did this because I didnt have those screws that you used.
Hi Peter great video. I followed this instructions and put the disc in but it seems my disc is grinding against something.. Any ideas? Also when taking the brake disc out do I not have to adjust the shoes? Thank you
