Hi, I applied for this card and got approved in time for the naffl promo. My question is, when you convert your airline tickets to installment, do you just call the hotline or do you have to go personally to the bank? I've been reading mixed answers on this. Going to the bank with a printed SOA and filling out forms seems rather archaic to me especially when other banks like RCBC and EastWest can do it hassle free via the app. Thanks in advance. :)
I agree with the RCBC and EW, very convinient to convert the purchase to installments. Regarding your question, I just called the CS (SIP hotline: 889-100-55, and told them about my airline purchase. I never went to the branch just to do this. The processing will take 1-2 days.

Congrats dear! kaka- 1 yr ko lang and waived annual fee ko this year. moving forward ang alam ko dapat at least 400k annual spent sa cc then waive nila yung AF mo. pero madali din naman daw kausap si BPI sa waiving AF so no worries. then sa perks sobrang gamit ko yung installment ng airline tix kasi 0 interest naman lalo na kapag malaking amount. nagamit ko na din yung Priority pass for airport lounges :)
